This six-guest property features beautiful and sociable living spaces, with gorgeous sea views throughout! Primošten is located on an island connected to the mainland five hundred years ago by its inhabitants, the island is stunning in nature, with fabulous views and no one leaves unimpressed! Built as part of a luxury complex, the architects devoted attention to the privacy and position of each villa, with unique, unobstructed views on offer.
With all the living areas spread over two spacious floors, Villa Capocesto V offers plenty of space for socialising whilst also finding moments of time and privacy to yourself. The furnishings are modern and stylish throughout, with the layout of the rooms maximizing access to the fabulous sea views that are on offer. The main living areas can be found on the ground floor, with a large, open-plan living area, including the kitchen, dining and living room all in one. The kitchen is modern and stylish, so you can cook whilst gazing out to the horizon out the large glass windows. This open-plan space, opens out onto a large terrace, which when the doors are open becomes a dramatic extension of the living areas, perfect for al-fresco living. On the first floor, there is a master bedroom suite, with its own sofa area and luxury walk-in closet, as well as a romantic, private balcony. There are two further bedrooms; a double with a balcony and a twin with a French balcony. All the bedrooms offer en suite bathroom, perfect for privacy and comfort.
As you step outside, the views over the Adriatic continue to steal the show, and the perfect place to view them from is the beautiful private swimming pool where you can cool off from the warm Croatian sun! There are sun loungers on the terrace where you can top up your tan whilst finishing your favorite book, or you may choose to sit on the comfy outdoor sofas or group up around the outdoor dining table. Villa Capocesto V offers something for everyone, in a popular location.
Villa Capocesto V is situated next to its neighbouring villas - Villa Capocesto I, II, III & IV - for those larger groups who want to be close by to one another.
What you should know…
- The villa is built as part of a complex, but the architectural design means there is a high level of privacy, the villa in front has a lovely green roof, so your view drifts, undisturbed over the greenery and towards the sea
