Villa Capocesto III is an exclusive, front line property, built right on the edge of the Adriatic, so the waves practically knock at your door! This stunning, modern villa offers spacious living areas for six-guests to relax in style. Situated in Primošten, an island connected to the mainland five hundred years ago by its inhabitants, the island is stunning in nature, with fabulous views and no one leaves unimpressed! Built as part of a luxury complex, the architects devoted particular attention to the privacy and position of each villa, with unique, unobstructed views on offer, Villa Capocesto III is an ideal retreat away in Croatia.
The villa boasts contemporary and stylish furnishings throughout, with a calm, yet sophisticated atmosphere. The main living areas are spread over the ground floor, with a spacious, open-plan kitchen and dining area leading up a few steps to the living area. Floor to ceiling glass windows, allow light to flood into both spaces, breaking the barriers between indoor and outdoor and allowing you to move between the interior and exterior with ease. The kitchen is fully equipped for your use and is honestly a joy to cook in, as whilst stirring something on the hob you can make the most of the stunning sea views right in front of you! The bedrooms can be found on the two upper floors, with a double and twin room on the first floor and a further double bedroom on the second floor. All the bedrooms boast French balconies and modern en-suite bathrooms for your comfort.
The stunning lower level of Villa Capocesto III is where you can find the desirable private swimming pool. The pool is partially under cover, stretching out towards the ocean, you can swim out towards the beautiful views. On the lower level, you will also find a sauna and fitness area as extra luxuries. From the pool, there are a few steps leading up to a large, romantic, outdoor terrace, with comfy outdoor seating and an outdoor dining table, perfect for both the day and night, just imagine yourself enjoying a glass of local wine whilst the sun goes down, what more could you want?!
Villa Capocesto III is situated next to its neighbouring villas - Villa Capocesto I, II, IV & V - for those larger groups who want to be close by to one another.
