A country feel always makes you feel so warm and comfortable, and Villa Cyrek has it in bucket loads! It has such a glowing, inviting ambience, both inside the villa and in the wonderful country garden. The villa is situated right next to the sea in Novi Vinodolski, 12km south-east of Crikvenica and 45km from Rijeka, in a really special private plot. Vrknik on the island of Krk is opposite. There are restaurants, a supermarket, marina and the rocky beach extremely close to the property.
The glorious plot of Villa Cyrek has wonderful planting, trees, terraces, lawns, the lovely pool and a separate pool room with a sauna. It is very secluded and private, so you can relax in this splendid villa and feel away from it all. There are so many nooks and crannies to find a quiet spot to read a book, have a glass of wine or play a game of cards. The alfresco dining terrace has a massive built-in barbecue and outdoor kitchen, but there is also another covered area for dining. The choice is endless, whether you want the sun or shade. Everywhere you look is green and lush. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers. The garden oozes its lovely glow when the mood lighting is on at night.
The villa is built on two levels as two separate apartments for six guests in total. This is ideal for two families or an extended family, perhaps with grandparents. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen space on the ground floor is has a country style with exposed brick walls and traditional, comfortable furniture. There is a lovely double bedroom on the ground floor and a smart, modern shower room.
On the upper floor, there is another living, dining and kitchen space with sloping ceilings, another shower room and two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is a twin and the other a double. The ceilings give a warm, homely ambience and there are wonderful views from all of the rooms.
Villa Cyrek offers so much, sitting in a splendid, private spot, right next to the sea, and close to amenities, yet you feel far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

- This villa is set up as two apartments, enjoying the shared outside space. It is let out as one villa, so it is perfect if you have two families or an extended family wanting a little space of their own!
- Krk Island has some lovely places to visit
- You must try the Krk Vrbnicka Zlahtina wine. It is delicious!

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa CyrekNovi Vinodolski is a family-friendly seaside resort with an indoor aquatic centre, a wellness and fitness centre and good shopping opportunities as well as plenty of restaurants and bars. The new town beach is partly gravel and partly paved and has chairs and umbrellas to rent, a volleyball court and a playground. You can rent pedal boats and jet skis and participate in water skiing and parasailing. There is another pebbly beach and two swimming pools, one below the other. The upper pool is perfect for swimming and the extra water slowly pours into the lower pool, which offers a variety of hydro massage. There is a welcome cocktail bar with chairs in the pool. Such a great place to hang out! There are good shops in the town and a market and fish market. If you want to go to a big shopping mall, the nearest large one is the Tower Centre in Rijeka.
Crikvenica is close by and better for nightlife. The Crikvenica Riviera is very scenic, a meeting point of the azure sea, the green hinterland of the Vinadol Valley and the continental woodland. The riviera includes not only the charming Crikvenica but also Dramalj, Jadranovo and Selce. Dramalj is connected to Crikvenica by the seaside promenade. Dramalj stretches all the way to the Kacjak peninsula and boasts several well-tended beaches and a range of entertainment venues and cultural events such as the Summer Carnival. Jadranovo is very pretty with unspoilt natural surroundings, numerous coves and romantically secluded beaches. You can take some beautifully scenic walks around this lovely town. Selce was once a village of fishermen and stonemasons and is now a very popular tourist destination. The Blue Flag beaches, promenade, cultural events, diving schools and various watersports on offer are delightful.
Krk Island is opposite the villa. It is Croatia’s largest island and home to Rijeka airport. There are lovely places to visit on the island including Malinska, Omisalj, Vrbnik, Punat, Baska and Krk Town. Vrbnik is directly opposite the villa and is enchanting. The ancient stone-built town has always been ideal for artists. It is wonderful to meander around the town, visiting gorgeous little shops and galleries. The local Vrbnicka Zlahtina wine is extremely popular. You really must try some!

Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Cyrek is set up as two apartments. One has one bedroom and the other a twin and a double, so you need to think about this with a family. Older children might appreciate their own space!
The garden is fabulous for children. There is so much space to play, and the pool is wonderful. Not only that, the sea is right next to the villa! There are many large beaches close to the villa. There is a playground by the town beach and plenty of watersports to keep the children busy.
Crikvenica has an adrenaline park for children with a network of steel cables, ropes and wooden platforms for some thrilling fun as well as paintballing, sumo wrestling, mini golf and other activities. The town’s aquarium has more than one hundred varieties of sea life. There are sailing, diving and fishing classes available as well as paddleboards, playgrounds, volleyball and lots of watersports to choose from on Crikvenica public beach.
Krk Island also has a lot to offer children including the Aquarium Terrarium, the Baska Aquarium, Cave Biserujka, the Glagolitic Alphabet park and the amusement parks at Krk Town and Malinska. The panoramic train that runs through Vrbnik, Punat and Malinska is fun and a great way to see the island. You can take underwater submarine trips from the seafronts at Njivice, Malinska, Krk Town, Punat and Baska.
