Cosy and friendly Villa Sol Fendi offers a private swimming pool and a spacious garden of 2,200 m2. This beautiful villa is in the heart of Istria and is surrounded by attractive countryside. The Raski Canal is two kilometres away and is well worth exploring. As the water is very shallow here, its ideal for swimming.

The villa is tastefully furnished and has an open living area and a fully equipped kitchen with oak elements. There is a spacious garden of 2,200 m2 with a private swimming pool. The perfect spot to spend the evening after a dax exploring the area!

The living room opens onto a covered terrace which is perfect when you want to relax in the shade. The mediterranean garden is well mantained, and just walking around it will bring a sense of peace that you will never want to let go!

Each bedroom has its own style, and the different colour tonalities bring the best of all of them. For better accessibility, one of the bedrooms is located in the ground floor. If you're in for the views, then you will definitely enjoy one of two bedrooms located in the first floor.

Located on the South East coast of Istria and only 3km from the Raski Canal, that offers bathing and natural beauty.

Pula is a beautiful seafront city on the tip of Croatia’s Istrian Peninsula, is known for its protected harbour, beach-lined coast and Roman ruins. The town was historically part of Italy, with the influence of architecture and food still very apparent. The bustling eateries serve up pizza, pasta and gelato as staples, at times it feels that you are dining in a quiet corner of Tuscany! Pula is also a major fishing port, so the seafood is excellent too. Through the summer, Pula’s town centre becomes a place for festivals, with music, theatre and film occupying the beautiful streets and buildings.

Heading north from the city, the Brijuni National Park offers a collection of densely wooded islands, magical to explore. On the southernmost tip of the peninsula, Cape Kamenjak provides peace and tranquillity, with beaches and coves that you often find yourself alone at.

This heart-shaped peninsula was the birthplace of modern Croatian tourism, and it’s easy to see why. Its history has bestowed it with Italian sophistication, most obviously seen in pastel-painted coastal towns, like romantic Rovinj. But, tear yourself away from the Istrian coast, through the vineyards, olive groves, and dense forests, and you will discover brilliantly preserved medieval towns and villages, where cobbled streets reveal quaint galleries, sweet squares and sea-views.

Best Suited For: All Ages

Although Istria is a little different from your typical sandy-beach holiday destination, it’s still one of the best places in Croatia to visit with your family. There is so much to do; everyone is sure to have a fun and entertaining time, whether they prefer a day lounging in the sun or getting the adrenaline up.

For those among you who are always up for a little adventure and excitement, take a closer look at Glavani Park. Here you’ll find the largest high ropes climbing course in Croatia, as well as a bunch of other fun activities. Small children will go just two metres above ground, while bigger adventurers graduate to ten fun games at six metres in the air and a 113-metre long zip line before deciding if they want to continue on an even bigger and more difficult ten-metre high course. When you’ve finished your adventures among the treetops, you get to tackle the suspension bridge known as Devil’s Causeway, and any other game you’d like.

All along the coastline you will find opportunities to rent boats, pedalos and snorkelling equipment (or even scuba diving if you’re feeling up to it!) to enjoy the pristine beaches and bays, while inland among the deep green, rolling mountains there are some of the most beautiful cycling and hiking trails in Europe.
