This charming property is spread over one spacious floor, so each room remains nearby, perfect for young families that need to keep an eye on children. The main living area is open plan, with a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, ready for guests to whip up some spectacular meals to enjoy on the terrace! The dining area has space enough for the whole group to come together and spend some quality time. At the end of the room, cosy sofas are positioned correctly, so you can put your feet up, relax and yet still stay connected to the rest of the room and other guests.

This charming villa is situated right in the middle of the Istrian Peninsula. The villa is about a 20-minute drive from the historic city of Pazin and a 45-minute drive from the charming, seaside town of Pula. The central location of the property makes it an ideal base for exploring the Istrian peninsula. Located in the small village of Kringa, a peaceful and quiet place, this is a fabulous spot for finding privacy and tranquillity away from the hustle and bustle.

Pazin is a famous, historic town of long and rich tradition. The intensity of life in the city is pretty much the same in winter and summer, with the monthly exception of the traditional Pazin Market, which is well worth a visit if it occurs during your stay. Pula is a beautiful seafront city on the tip of Croatia’s Istrian Peninsula, is known for its protected harbour, beach-lined coast and Roman ruins. The town was historically part of Italy, with the influence of architecture and food still very apparent. The bustling eateries serve up pizza, pasta and gelato as staples, at times it feels that you are dining in a quiet corner of Tuscany! Pula is also a major fishing port, so the seafood is excellent too. Through the summer, Pula’s town centre becomes a place for festivals, with music, theatre and film occupying the beautiful streets and buildings.

Heading north from the city, the Brijuni National Park offers a collection of densely wooded islands, magical to explore. On the southernmost tip of the peninsula, Cape Kamenjak provides peace and tranquillity, with beaches and coves that you often find yourself alone at.
