- Simple yet chic home with modern style blending with original architectural touches and local flavour
- Stunning enclosed gardens comprising dining veranda, barbecue-oven, table-tennis terrace and chic poolside patio
Villa Jabuca is a stylish, yet simple, holiday home offering both seclusion and convenience, with all the comfort of a boutique hotel along with the privacy of an independent home within an area infused with local flavour and traditional charm.
This elegant villa provides a ‘home-from-home’ ambience set within its majestic facade of imposing ochre tones, terracotta tiling and original stone architecture comprising covered balcony and veranda, very much in keeping with the local style.
The outdoor spaces at Villa Jabuca are immaculately executed for stylish outdoor living, with a glistening pool set within a chic patio, offset by luscious, verdant lawns which are safely enclosed, offering a children’s play area complete with swings. The terrace is adorned with elegant loungers and parasols, providing an ideal spot to recline with a cooling drink and a good book. Adjacent to the pool is a serenely shaded dining pavilion for sumptuous al fresco meals, whether it be a succulent barbecue after a a busy day at the beach, or a local style breakfast after a refreshing morning swim.
There is ample parking at Villa Jabuca, as well as a sizeable courtyard comprising an outdoor table-tennis table, for balmy summer evenings spent with a cooling beer in hand.
The centre of town is just a stroll away, as well as the beaches, making this home ideal for those who want to enjoy the best of both worlds: proximity to rural charm as well as local, bustling markets.
Three stylishly finished, minimalist yet chic bedrooms offer restorative calm along with quality cotton bedlinen and thick, fluffy towels; each bedroom is finished with a calming and neutral palette, offset by accents of vivid colour which add personality and verve! The sedate aura of calm emanates from these stylishly finished spaces, along with their wooden floorboards, ambient lighting and wonderful views.
Six guests can be accommodated across three bedrooms; two doubles and one twin bedroom, whilst the living space comprises a light-filled, sleek open-plan space offering sedate and unfussy living space, ideal for the whole family to relax and unwind. A sumptuous corner sofa offers ample lounging potential, and a table football set will provide hours of evening fun.
There is an informal dining space, for stunning family meals, within the breezy airy, open-plan living space, whilst a traditional arch based entry leads into the immaculately equipped kitchen. Clad in soft timber tones and charcoal, this slick space offers abundant self catering facilities, leading directly onto the dining veranda. With top range appliances, self-catering will be a breeze!
When it comes to evening time, and the sun softens over the views, guests will be able to recline on the covered roof terrace with a bottle of local wine enjoying tranquility and sea breezes.

This heart-shaped peninsula was the birthplace of modern Croatian tourism, and it’s easy to see why. Its history has bestowed it with Italian sophistication, most obviously seen in pastel-painted coastal towns, like romantic Rovinj. But, tear yourself away from the Istrian coast, through the vineyards, olive groves, and dense forests, and you will discover brilliantly preserved medieval towns and villages, where cobbled streets reveal quaint galleries, sweet squares and sea-views.
Villa Jacuba is an ideal, safe and traditional home executed with the needs of the family in mind. With its simplicity and unfussy style, this is an ideal space for the family. There are three, restorative bedrooms, one of which has twin beds, whilst the eat-in kitchen is ideal for informal family dining.
The outdoors spaces comprise a safely enclosed family terrace, pool side lounging space, outdoor dining room and kitchen as well as the sumptuous pool for hours of splashy fun; for games time there is the table tennis table or table football.
Istria is simply brimming with activities for the whole family - there is so much to do, and everyone’s needs are sure to be met! The local restaurants and cuisine are very family friendly, and great emphasis is put on slowing down, enjoying good food and family time!
This is one of the prettiest and least spoilt parts of Croatia - full of stunning coastland and picturesque towns with beautiful harbours and local markets.
The Istria coastline is fabulous, full of rocky bays and shady pine trees with wonderful opportunities for water sports and diving. Hiring bikes is a great way to explore the coastline and coastal paths, whilst there are several water parks in the region such as Aqua Park Istrialand for a great day out on slides and chutes!
