Villa Regia is a beautiful new property with contemporary fittings and furniture throughout. It enjoys an elevated position in the picturesque town of Cavtat, only ten minutes from the airport and just over a twenty-kilometre drive from Dubrovnik Old Town.
The living space is open-plan, with a feature fireplace separating the dining area from the living area. The kitchen is just off the dining area, with state-of-the-art appliances. There is also a separate utility area next to the wine cellar for laundry. Huge floor-to-ceiling doors open from both spaces to the terrace. The wine cellar is impressive and the perfect place to try delicious local wines.
The main bedroom suite has a private balcony, a king-size bed and a fabulous ensuite bathroom with a bath. The other two bedrooms also have king-size beds, immaculate ensuite shower rooms, safes and televisions. The terrace boasts a delightful alfresco lounge area, a gorgeous swimming pool, luxurious sun loungers, a hammock that everyone will rush for, a summer kitchen with a barbecue and a wonderful alfresco dining area.
For an extra cost, guests staying at Villa Regia can enjoy some additional services and treats, including villa pre-stocking, airport transfers, private chefs and butlers, babysitting or nanny services, wellness treats, boat charters, jet skis, kayak and paddleboard activities and excursions.
What you should know…
- Each of the three bedrooms boasts its en-suite bathroom, and the master offers a gorgeous balcony where you will enjoy fabulous seascapes
- The wine cellar is lovely. You must arrange a wine tasting evening when you decide which of the local wines is your favourite!
- Please let us know if you are interested in any other services that make your holiday even more enjoyable.
- There is a twice per week linen and towel change included in the price.

About the surrounding area of Villa RegiaThe fabulous Villa Regia boasts a gorgeous elevated location in Cavtat, close to the sea and within walking distance of Cavtat's wonderful array of shops, cafés, bars, and restaurants.
The House of Vlaho Bukovac is very close to the villa. This superb museum is dedicated to the Croatian painter born in Cavtat in 1855. He started his artistic career in Paris and returned to Zagreb in 1893. The Racic Mausoleum, also close to the villa, was built in 1921 and designed by the famed Croatian sculptor and architect Ivan Mestrovic using beautiful white stone from the island of Brac. The summer carnival takes place in early July for two days each year. The first weekend in September is klapa, traditionally a cappella singing in various venues around the town.

Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Regia is perfect for a family holiday. The spacious villa boasts an excellent swimming pool and a gorgeous garden surrounded by towering trees. The surrounding area is great for those who enjoy the outdoors and easily reach excellent entertainment for children.
Cavtat is perfect for families. It is quieter than some areas but offers many activities to entertain children. Children will love the water activities available. They can snorkel, kayak, explore the promenade and nearby islands. There are watersports companies offering parasailing to help your dreams come true. You will enjoy views over Cavtat, Obod, Plat, Mlini, Srebreno, Dubrovnik, and some islands. They also offer jet skis, SUP rentals and fun tube rides for those young thrillseekers. You can take tours that take you to a lagoon for lunch and many other boat tours. You can discover the stunning Elapiti islands by boat, enjoying scenic bays, hidden caves and golden sandy beaches. Kolocep Island is known for its architecture and its unspoilt bay. The island of Lopud is home to lovely sandy beaches and ancient monasteries lined with olive groves. Children can explore the local wildlife on Sipan Island and enjoy the crystal blue sea.
