A superb four or five bedroom villa in the Orašac area, north west of Dubrovnik, Villa Orla is modern and well designed. Enjoying excellent sea views and an outlook on the Elafiti Islands, this property has an inviting pool terrace from which to experience wonderful sunsets. There is a poolside dining area, barbecue, outdoor shower, heated infinity pool, and sun terrace. A tavern area and fitness equipment can also be found inside. If you fancy popping out, the villa lies around 1km from the nearest beach.
The villa features three smartly appointed open-plan kitchen, living areas with dining spaces. A seating area with large TV’s provides the perfect spot to relax. All four bedrooms have an en suite bathroom with a shower, a TV, and air-conditioning. There are four bedrooms with queen-size beds, two of which feature a seaview balcony and a room with twin beds (which can be joined or separated as required). Extra services are available at Villa Orla, should you need them, at an additional cost.
Peaceful Orašac is a charming place about 20 minutes drive from Dubrovnik, with a beach, harbour and good restaurants. Notable sights even closer than Dubrovnik include the Trsteno Arboretum and pretty Zaton Bay, while the city itself offers numerous historical landmarks around its glorious, fortified Old Town.

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa OrlaA beautiful stretch of coast extends north of Dubrovnik, and Orašac can be found along it, about 16km from this impressive city. Idyllic beaches like Plaza Orašac and Zaton Bay line the coast, while olive groves and vineyards are common features of the wider area. Not far east of Dubrovnik. There are shops and restaurants nearby, as well as hiking trails.
South of Dubrovnik, Cavtat’s pretty marina looks out on a stunning mountain scene and is well worth seeing. Cavtat has a rich history and cultural attractions that you may want to investigate, including the Rector’s Palace and the House of Vlaho Bukovac, dedicated to a noteworthy local artist. Beyond Dubrovnik Airport, Molunat’s sandy beaches and fragrant pine woods make it an appealing place to stop – there are also some highly recommended restaurants there.

Best Suited For: All AgesThere’s plenty you can do as a family in Dubrovnik – taking the short cable car ride from near the Old Town to the top of Mt. Srd is sure to be a rewarding way to end your day, especially if the kids have been climbing the city’s steep hills. On the way up, they can admire the wonderful sea and city views and visit a restaurant and gift shop when you reach the top.
The villa boasts a private pool and garden, perfect for endless hours of splashing, playing, and soaking up the sun. Parents can relax in the tranquil surroundings while the little ones play in the pool.
Sports lovers can enjoy tennis and volleyball courts nearby, and there are hiking and biking trails for outdoor enthusiasts. Don’t forget to embark on a boat trip to the nearby Elapiti Islands, where kids can discover hidden caves and snorkel in azure waters.
