As soon as you step inside the front door, the villa has stylish, modern furnishings and bright, spacious rooms. The main villa has four bedrooms, alongside three contemporary en-suite bathrooms. Picturesque views fill every window with an atmosphere of calm and relaxation. The ground floor offers the main entertaining space where the whole group can come together and spend quality time. This entire open-plan kitchen and living area feel social, perfect for lively evenings full of conversation and laughter with your loved ones.
As you amble around the terrace, it is hard to choose the best spot to enjoy the stunning views from. You can dip in the private pool while gazing out to the horizon or sipping a glass of fizz in the heated jacuzzi on the balcony, easing away any lasting worries. With a big al-fresco dining table and a sublime outdoor kitchen, cooking and dining outdoors is a must!

About the surrounding area of Villa MarojeThis stylish villa is located in a secluded, rural setting on a hillside, just a five-minute drive from the pebble and rocky beaches of Mlini Bay. Mlini is located south of Dubrovnik, surrounded by the sea and sheltered by mountains. It has a mild and pleasant climate that draws visitors back year on year, so you can enjoy swimming from spring to late autumn.
Mlini is one of the more developed tourist resorts in the Dubrovnik vicinity, situated beneath the historic mountain Spilan and formed around the shape of the mountain and the wooded rocky land beneath. There is a beautiful promenade and a small harbour from which the boats depart several times a day to Dubrovnik, Cavtat and nearby islands. There are plenty of restaurants and cafe bars in the immediate area, perfect for relaxed lunches and lively evening meals.

Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Maroje offers an excellent location for a family holiday with children. They will love the pool, terrace and lawn, with fabulous family barbecues and dinners al-fresco. Nearby Mlini Beach, is a lovely and shady pebble beach with shallow waters, ideal for kids to safely play and splash around. Dubrovnik’s city beach of Banje is also an excellent place for children, with loads of activities on offer for families with kids, including water skiing, beach volleyball and inflatables for hire.
Beyond all the outdoor activities, there is plenty of history and culture in Dubrovnik for kids to discover. Climbing Dubrovnik Old Town’s city walls is an absolute must for them. In total, it is approximately two kilometres long. Keen fans can take a Game of Thrones tour where they will see how the historical sights looked in Game of Thrones.
