Villa Lijep is a gorgeous family-villa, which sleeps up to nine guests and has four bedrooms. It is located in Orebic, Croatia. Just off the coast, the villa overlooks the gorgeous sea and has excellent mountain views. The exterior plot is nothing short of perfect.
Here you will find a magnificent infinity pool that hangs over the bay, a beautiful garden abundant with Mediterranean vegetation and plenty of sun loungers and outdoor furniture for those who enjoy lazing around in the sun. Furthermore, there is a built-in barbecue, summer kitchen and dining furniture for those who enjoy eating al fresco!
The interior of Villa Lijep is extremely comfortable. It consists of two-storeys; the ground-floor is home to an open-plan living and dining room, with patio access to the outdoor terrace. The walls are a nautical blue colour, creating a very relaxed atmosphere. Also, there is a fully equipped kitchen that is perfect for those who enjoy cooking, especially as there is a local supermarket nearby where guests can stock up on food and drink for the villa!
The first bedroom is located on the ground floor with stunning sea views and a south-facing terrace.The first floor has a further two bedrooms, a double and a single room. In addition to this, next door to the main villa and on the same plot is an exclusivemaster suite residence; it has a double bedroom, a living room and kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Perfect for a couple or grandparents wanting some privacy fromt he rest of the group!
Villa Lijep is in a privileged location. There are nearby amenities, such as local restaurants, supermarkets, pubs and beaches. The home is only a short walk from the town of Orebic, which is a culturally rich town that is popular for its family-run vineyards and Trstenica beach; where guests can take part in water-sports, or get refreshment at one of the many cafes or restaurants dotted around the beach. Finally, Orebic is only a 110km transfer from Dubrovnik airport, which is truly worth it when you consider the beauty and culture you will get to experience.

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa LijepOrebic is a peaceful and cultural town in the region of Dalmatia, Croatia. It is backdropped by the striking Elias Mountain and home to several unspoilt beaches that can fulfil everybody’s tastes.
The main beach is Trstenica beach, and it is dotted with many cafes and restaurants so you can enjoy a refreshment while watching the waves crash against the shore, and the beach also offers lots of water-sports! Contrarily, there are many secluded rocky coves only a short stroll or boat ride away.
The promenade running along the coastline has many delicious and authentic seafood restaurants, and also based there is the Maritime Museum which illustrates the nautical history of the town.
Orebic is notoriously known for its family-run vineyards where you will be able to book tours and sample Chardonnay, Postup and Dingac from wooden chests; one of the highest-rated local wineries to look out for is the Korta Katarina Winery.
Additionally, Orebic has various historical sites, such as the Franciscan Monastery, it was built in the fifteenth century, and houses Our Lady of the Angels an icon said to protect the local sailors.
Orebic is only a 110km transfer from Dubrovnik airport which is truly worth it when you consider the beauty and culture you will get to experience.

Absolute perfection!
We booked this villa for a 60th birthday celebration and were totally blown away by its magnificent setting. The photos do not do it justice. It was absolute perfection. The villa was clean, extremely well equipped (especially the kitchen - if you couldn't find it, but probably didn't need it!), and serene. It's walking distance to stores, restaurants, and the ferry port to Korcula. We made several day trips to the surrounding wine country and had a great time checking out the small, secluded towns along the coast. While we enjoyed a few days in both Split and Dubrovnik, nothing could compare with lounging around the villa, enjoying the pool, and being with friends away from the noise and tourist crowds. We cannot recommend this villa highly enough!

They allowed us to check-in before 2 pm, as requested. The villa is nice and the beach excellent. It is perfectly located, directly at the beautiful beach. Pelesac is a charming place and definitely worth visiting!

This villa is amazing! Just a step away from the sea and directly on the beach. The swimming pool is private and you can surely enjoy your holiday in this calm surroundings. Parking spaces are secured.
