Indulge in the spoils of chic, modern Croatian life. Nestled amongst the hills of Dubrovnik, just a short way from the gentle caress of those blue Adriatic waves, and a small walk from the historical Old Town lies this fantastic holiday home.
Decked in hues of a light golden yellow and rustic stone, the exterior of this home is reminiscent of the rays of the sun and exudes a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the very outset. It’s by this exterior that the focal points of this home can be found and enjoyed.
The garden area is a sleek, smooth concrete area which houses a large pool, great for those looking to swim, float or splash all summer long. The pool is heated too so is perfect for use throughout the seasons. The garden also hosts several sun loungers, and with an unobstructed view of the sky, guests can easily top up their summer glows.
Just behind the pool area, there is also a covered al fresco dining area with another dining area located on the other side of the pool, great for late night drinks or outdoor dinner parties.
Inside the home, there is a theme of calm and space embodied by the light matte white walls, these truly accentuate the features of every room and provide a relaxing respite from the hot sun for every guest. The downstairs of this villa is home to a well-equipped kitchen area and a dining area which opens up onto the garden.
Upstairs, there are five bedrooms comfortably sleeping ten guests in total. The bedrooms are a mix of double beds, single beds and twin rooms which is perfect for friendship groups or larger families.
Completing this home there is a cosy living area with a terrace offering magnificent views of the horizon.

About the surrounding area of Casa DubDiscover the old and the ancient with a luxurious twist in the beautiful city of Dubrovnik.
Located in Southern Croatia, this sea-facing city has become increasingly popular over the recent years attracting the likes of many well-known faces as well as many popular films and TV shows including the world-famous Star Wars and Game of Thrones.
For visiting movie and TV buffs, these filming locations are easy to find and make for a high snap to add to the scrapbook.
Dubrovnik is most known for its Old Town, which is a completely walled, pedestrian-only city and now a UNESCO world heritage site, which reaffirms its cultural and historical importance.
This city was created in the 16th century, widely referred to as Dubrovnik’s heyday when they had one of the world’s largest merchant naval fleets making Dubrovnik a vibrant city, this can be seen across much of the well-preserved architecture throughout the city.
Outside of the Old Town, Dubrovnik has so much to offer all visitors. There is a month-long summer festival that sees the streets filled with music and arts, an exciting day trip for the whole family.
There is also a maritime museum complete with in-depth aquarium. There are galleries, an open-air cinema, the Revelin nightclub, traditional wine bars, a cable car to the highest peak, beaches and plenty of adventure sports.
The Banje beach is especially great for guests, four-poster beds are dotted around the beach and are available for all-day rental, sunbathe here with a cocktail after a dip in the warm Adriatic.

Best Suited For: All AgesThere are plenty of things to keep the younger guests holidaying here occupied all trip long. There is a private pool in the garden and a beach within walking distance.
Harry Potter fans will be in their element in Dubrovnik. They can spend a day exploring the prominent filming locations from Harry Potter and Game of Thrones. Walking through the streets of Kings Landing, capital of the Seven Kingdoms and dominant power in Westeros, in Dubrovnik your young ones will recognise so many locations. The castle (St Lawrence Fortress) and gardens of the Red Keep in Trsteno Arboretum is where King Joffrey celebrated his royal wedding. You can take photos on the staircase from season 5’s ‘Walk of Shame’. There are plenty more sites to see in the Old Town which is again, just a short walk away.
From Dubrovnik you can take many water-based tours including semi-submarine rides, glass bottom boat excursions, jet skiing, parasailing, kayaking, panoramic boat tours, scuba diving and fishing.
The fragrant forests and rolling mountains outside of Dubrovnik have some of the most beautiful cycling and hiking trails in Europe.

Amazing place to stay
Amazing place to stay … great location … beautiful house … magnificent outdoor space with a pool. The host Ida as been of the greatest help and made our stay in Dubrovnik unforgettable with all her guidance, activity suggestions! Now we know why it’s called sweet memories! Highly recommend!
Our stay in Dubrovnik was perfect! Casa Dub was a complete hit for our family and family friends. There were a total of 9 of us, of which 5 in the mid-50s and 4 in the early 20s. There was enough space for all of us! The owner of the villa recommended us some great restaurants nearby and we ate outside most of the time. The weather was great for us and we were able to enjoy the beach. We will be happy to recommend this holiday home to our friends and colleagues.

We booked this lovely house in Dubrovnik for our family vacation. Best thing is proximity of the Old Town Dubrovnik. The old town is beautiful and with so much to see and learn. The house was equipped with everything we needed and since we asked concierge service to stock the house for us, we did not have to leave the house for shopping. Sailing trip was great and seeing Dubrovnik from sea side was really memorable. We are coming back for sure.

Combines old world charm with modern comfort
This villa is a short walk from the old city of Dubrovnik. It is far enough from the city that there is no noise or traffic from tour busses, but close enough to be a easy walk even after a big meal. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and authentic. The villa is clean and beautiful. The house has many bedrooms. We had 8 people that were comfortable in bedrooms and bathrooms. The house has a small kitchen, but it is effective for cooking large meals if you have only one cook. It’s tight for two people. The dining room is big enough for 8 people to sit and eat, but you will spend most of your time in the garden. This beautiful space has tables with umbrellas and lounges in the sun. The pool was refreshing with a relaxing waterfall and massaging jets. The garden has multiple fruit trees and vines (I couldn’t help picking and snacking). There are small tortoises in the back garden that we fell in love with and fed every day.
