This spacious villa occupies two floors and incorporates a gym with fitness equipment and table tennis. There’s plenty more to keep yourselves amused with a PlayStation, darts, free Wi-Fi and a flatscreen TV in all the bedrooms as well as the living area.
The outdoor areas are a real treat too. The spacious pool terrace has several sun loungers and a shower, as well as a covered dining area. Palm trees add a hint of green to the clean white and neutral tones of the terraces, which look beautiful when lit at night under the dark blue sky.
Inside, Villa Suncana has a spacious living area with direct access to the pool and enjoys the same incredible ocean view. There’s ample seating in this open-plan space, which also features an elegant dining area and modern kitchen with a wine cooler, dishwasher, fridge freezer and much more.
Three double bedrooms are complemented by three high-quality bathrooms, and two of the bedrooms also have their private balcony with seating. With the sea so close, you can enjoy a swim before breakfast on your terrace, or take your dip in the pool anytime.
Brač is a stunning island with plenty to see and good connections to the mainland – Sutivan itself lies on the island’s north-western coast, roughly level with Croatia’s second-largest city, Split. Ferry services travel to Split from Milna, about 20 minutes’ drive from Sutivan. Beautiful vineyards, olive groves and orchards surround Sutivan, which is a small fishing village, but one which now receives plenty of visitors. One of its highlights is a nature park, incorporating a zoo and children’s playground, making an ideal family day out.
*** Villa Suncana can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 guests, but being close to Villa Tadeja, larger groups of up to 12 can be accommodated - please follow the link for more information

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa SuncanaOne of the largest islands in the Adriatic, Brač is a beautiful place to discover. Considered less touristy than Hvar or Korčula to the south, you will be charmed by its pretty harbours, forests and the island’s authentic feel. Brač is perhaps most famous for its beautiful white stone which was used to construct Diocletian’s Palace in Split, just across the water on the Croatian mainland.
It’s possible to combine a trip to both the island and the mainland, with regular ferry links to Brač from the major centres of Split and Makarska. It’s a geographically impressive island, with numerous beautiful beaches, harbours, vineyards and mountains. You should certainly seek out Vidova Gora, the highest peak on the island (indeed, the highest on all the Adriatic islands), which offers some fabulous views at 778m altitude.
The scenery will impress wherever you go on Brač, so it’s worth taking the time to explore as much as possible. You may arrive on the island at Supetar, its largest town – don’t pass through too quick or you will miss its pretty harbour and medieval street network which plays host to lots of little shops and charming cafés, as well as an 18th-century church. On the opposite coast, Bol is the home of one of Brač’s most popular beaches, Zlatni Rat which extends into the Adriatic and offers great windsurfing conditions.
While you’re on Brač, you may also be tempted to check out the neighbouring island of Šolta. You can now take a catamaran trip from Milna to Rogač, avoiding the need to cross to the mainland and back out as used to be the case. It’s well worth the 20-minute crossing, particularly to visit the award-winning destination of Maslinica with its beautiful pine woods and secluded, rocky beaches.
