Mihovil Villa is the perfect place to take in views of the sea and mountains, whilst enjoying the space and privacy of your own private villa. This luxury property is located near to the ancient village of Splitska, offering an insight into an authentic Mediterranean atmosphere, with local restaurants serving up home cooked food and local wines. Mihovil Villa offers the utmost in luxury and comfort, a real treat for every guest that stays!
Fresh, modern interiors greet you on arrival at the villa, with carefully designed spaces providing a laid-back, luxurious atmosphere. On the ground floor, the main living area is open-plan, with a stylish kitchen, a dining area and a friendly living room. This sophisticated space is bright and airy, with several windows offering picturesque snapshots out towards the sea, so as you move through the room you get different angles of this ever-changing landscape. On the same floor, there is a separate apartment, boasting a double bedroom with its own bathroom, as well as a kitchen and dining area. The remaining three bedrooms can be found on the first floor, along with a fitness room. The bedrooms offer private bathrooms and elegant furnishings, with the master bedroom featuring a private balcony with its own hot tub, you may have some of your guests coming to join you! Throughout Mihovil Villa every attention has been paid to detail, each room has been lovingly decorated to create an easy elegance and a luxurious feel.
As you step outside, this feeling of luxury continues, the tranquil setting of the villa is evident, with the focus being the stunning views on offer. Guests can make the most of the fabulous Mediterranean sunshine, whilst sunbathing in the large garden and taking a dip in the private swimming pool, which can be heated to suit. About the surrounding area of Mihovil VillaLocated in the ancient village of Splitska, on the island of Brac, this is a fabulous base for exploring all that Croatia has to offer. The villa offers privacy and tranquillity, yet remains near the fabulous amenities on offer, including local restaurants and shops. Splitska is ideal for a family holiday away and for people who enjoy homemade food, wine and an authentic Mediterranean atmosphere. This beautiful and peaceful town is better suited to those who are looking to escape the busier, more touristic areas of Croatia, a real escape from the hustle and bustle of ordinary life!
Clients can take the nearby Brac ferry back to Split for the day to explore Diocletian’s Palace which makes up Split old town. Brac Island is the longest and most elevated island in central Dalmatia. Despite its proximity to Split, Brac is less touristy than the glittering islands of Hvar and Korcula further south. Make sure you try some of the olive oil on the island, the olives are of a rare variety called buhavica and there's over a half-million trees! Famous for the Zlatni Rat beach, known to be one of the most beautiful beaches you can visit, a real gem on the island!

If you can drag the little ones away from the swimming pool, a visit to the stunning Zlatni Rat beach is a must! The beach offers plenty of things to do with young children like beach volleyball, parachute rides; that give you an amazing bird’s eye view of the beach, jet ski, banana boat rides and enormous water park.
The island of Brač is a great destination for families, with beautiful beaches, active adventures, and historical sites to explore. For energetic kids, you can walk up to the peak of Vidova Gora, taking in the breath-taking views over the sea and nearby islands. There is more hiking and walking to do across the whole island, as well as water sports and swimming at the beaches. The Aqua Park at Supetar, just a short drive away is a sure way to entertain little ones, perfect for kids aged 10 to 16 if they get restless playing on the beach.
When it comes to eating out, Brač offers a huge selection of local and international cuisine. The relaxed dining atmosphere in Croatia means nearly all the restaurants will happily except young children. The island is famous for its olive oil, local cheeses and its fresh fruit and vegetables. The fish is also delicious, simply grilled, ideal for children.

Dreamlike place on the island Brac
