Golden Cape House is a beautiful, stone property situated in a peaceful and quiet area of Bol, on the island of Brac. Bol is known as a paradise for surfers and boasts certainly the most beautiful beach in the Adriatic; Zlatni rat beach, somewhere you must visit during your stay!
The villa is cosy and comfortable, although the property is not big, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms spread over three floors, the rooms become spacious and bright. On the ground floor, you will find an open-plan living area, with a small kitchen-diner and a relaxed seating area opening out to the sunny terrace. Up one floor, there is a lovely double bedroom, with its own private terrace looking out over the sea, a truly glorious wake-up every morning for the duration of your stay. It is hard to beat unless you go up one more floor and find the twin bedroom, with its own comfy sofa area and another beautiful balcony, with a small table and chairs ideal for a romantic glass of wine whilst watching the sun set on the horizon. There is a bathroom on each floor and all the rooms are air conditioned.
Outside, there is a beautiful private swimming pool, offering the same sea views. With a barbecue and dining table, those who enjoy alfresco living will be very satisfied! The charm of this lovingly restored 300-year-old property is unique, making it a fabulous holiday location, only a short walk from the beach.

About the surrounding area of Golden Cape HouseBol is situated on the southern part of the island of Brac, and is the oldest town on the coast of Brac. This little town is an extraordinary tourist oasis because of the wide pebble and sandy beaches, which expand over 10 km down the coastline. Brac is the longest and most elevated island in central Dalmatia. Despite its proximity to Split, Brac is less touristy than the glittering islands of Hvar and Korcula further south. Make sure you try some of the olive oil on the Island, the olives are of a rare variety called Buhavica and there's over a half-million trees! Famous for the Zlatni Rat beach, known to be one of the most beautiful beaches you can visit in the region, is a real gem on this Island!

Best Suited For: All AgesGolden Cape House is a charming villa full of character that would suit a small family. The open-plan living, kitchen and dining area is a great sociable space that is perfect for cosy evenings in, while during the day, the alfresco dining area is ideal for enjoying family lunches in the warmth of the Croatian sun.
The swimming pool is sure to be a hit with the whole family, and little ones in particular, will spend hours splashing and playing in the pool while adults can keep a quiet eye from one of the sun loungers nearby. And when bedtime calls, the twin bedroom on the top floor is perfect for siblings or friends to share while the adults can rest in easy in the double bedroom on the floor below. While the bedrooms may not be en-suite, there is a bathroom on each floor that serves each bedroom so provides the same level of privacy.
