Villa Zedno is a modern, stylish property located on the beautiful island of Čiovo. The island is connected by bridge to the historical, UNESCO protected city of Trogir, making this a fabulous location for a holiday away, exploring Dalmatia. Situated in a residential area, there are amenities nearby, and the villa is easy to access, with parking for several cars available outside.
Internally, Villa Zedno boasts contemporary furnishings throughout bright and airy rooms. The villa is split into two apartments, both offering spacious living spaces for a relaxed holiday. Each apartment has two comfortable bedrooms; a twin and a double, as well as a shared bathroom. They each offer open-plan, sophisticated living areas, with equipped kitchens for your use, dining and seating areas. The living areas open onto a balcony and terrace respectively. This layout of two apartments is perfect for two small families travelling together or two generations, allowing everyone private space, whilst having enough room for everybody to come together and socialise.
Outside, the villa continues to offer open, sociable spaces, with a terrace equipped with a dining table, ideal for those who enjoy al-fresco dining! The private swimming pool is waiting for you to take a refreshing dip, cooling off in the warm Croatian climate. With the beach and Adriatic sea only 150meters away you can take a dip in the crystal clear waters in the morning and evening, making the most of this fabulous location! About the surrounding area of Villa ZednoLocated off of the Adriatic coast in Croatia lies the cosy, idyllic island of Ciovo. With an area of just 28.8km and a highest peak of 218 metres, this island is the perfect place for mini exploration and hiking adventures.
Packed full of picturesque beaches and charming villages, Ciovo has something for everyone including hiking and shopping to water sports and boat rental where you can speed off ‘Bond’ style into the sunset. There is also the opportunity to explore the local islands which are framed by stunning beaches and filled with natural beauty including the famed Krka waterfalls.
Beyond Ciovo lies the lively town of Trogir which is accessible via a drawbridge. Should you tire of Ciovo, there are plenty more attractions here including historical sites, cultural destinations as well as shopping and dining.
