Nestled against the gentle tides of the Adriatic, the Villa Dvornica provides a fantastic balance of tranquil, natural serenity and lively city life, lying just a 1km walk from the city centre itself. This is great for those seeking a taste of modern Dalmatian life but also appreciate peaceful evenings and undisturbed sleep.
There are also many features throughout the home that are better appreciated in such a quiet, private location, for instance, the outdoor pool and, for those seeking a bit of passion, the outdoor Jacuzzi which is of course, best enjoyed under the setting sun with a glass of bubbly.
Steeped in calming hues of white and cream, this home is the epitome of modern relaxation. Boasting four bedrooms and five bathrooms, this home comfortably sleeps up to eight guests.

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa DvornicaDive into the (almost!) island life of Primosten, a small town to the south of Croatia, conveniently located right between Sibenik and Trogir.
Primosten, for a long time, was actually an island, it was only attached to the mainland in the 16th century. This has given the town a really laid-back island vibe, making Primosten the perfect place to kick back and relax yet still be within reach of many of Croatia’s biggest attractions.
Around the town itself there are old streets leading by intricate historical architecture, old churches and plenty of traditional artefacts. There is even a 15th century church based atop a hill nearby which is well worth a visit, along with the Our Lady of Loretto statue.
Away from the history of the town, there is a more modern way of life which features rustic Dalmatian taverns, cafés and restaurants where guests are encouraged to try the fresh catch of the day, local specialities, wines and the olive oil.
For guests looking to try their own hand at creating a Dalmatian speciality there is a fish market, a standard market and plenty of supermarkets which are scattered around the island.
Primosten boasts a remarkable 20km of beaches, this is a real mixture of family beaches and private coves. The most popular of which is the Raduca beach, pebbled with shallow waters and includes showers, changing rooms, toilets, chair rent and a whole host of nearby activities as well as a beach bar and restaurant.

We had an incredible time!!!
It is a top notch, brand new, luxury villa. The owners are wonderful land owners, and became good friends over the course of the week. Everything about it is first class. All of the appliances and furniture are brand new. We had everything we needed, and more. Being first row to the sea is a huge asset on vacation, and the swimming right in front of the villa is amazing. Nice clear warm ocean, and a great place to sit, right beside the sea. The setting is beautiful, one of the most picturesque towns I have been to. When we first arrived, the owners met us with a couple bottles of wine. They helped us plan our stay, and choose the best restaurants, all within 10 minutes drive. They brought us a couple bottles of wine as a welcome, which was certainly appreciated. Marin asked us about coffee, and what we like. The next day he showed up with a top notch automatic espresso machine and milk whipping machine. He even bought us the pods we would require for our coffee.....above and beyond. One night, they made us a barbequed fish dinner, with fish that was caught that day.....amazing. One day, the family took us out on their boat, and we traveled to a nearby island with the most amazing swimming we have ever experienced. You can see 40 feet down through the ocean as clear as day. While we stayed, it was my daughters birthday. The agency sent a cake to wish our daughter happy birthday. I could not recommend this villa higher. You will love it.

Perfect location on the seaside, wonderfully designed modern house with all the amenities that you can imagine. You can see and feel that the house was designed to ensure excellent convenience for all guests in all rooms. The host is not only incredibly hospitable and friendly, but he is also an expert on the best local things, from boat rental, to restaurants and all other programs. Can't recommend the place highly enough.
