Ladavilla is a genuinely opulent home offering an unrivalled slice of luxury living, especially finished with larger groups and families in mind. The house itself is set across two levels and boasts a large eight bedrooms, sleeping, sixteen guests!
Each of these bedrooms is sea facing, offering every single guest the same refreshing sea view, an excellent way to awake, watching the sun rise above the waves. The rooms, although varying sizes are all finished with a large double bed and en-suite bathroom.
One of the master rooms is genuinely mesmerising, featuring a large freestanding bath right in the bedroom, overlooking the large glass windows and sea view. Days are best ended here amongst the bubbles, lit only by the warm hues of the setting sun.
With the addition of five fully equipped kitchens, there is no need to trip over one another when preparing meals! Of course, for those group mealtimes, there are a variety of dining options available throughout ranging from small breakfast bar dining to split interior dining, and there is a huge outdoor dining table which can fit everyone, great for an al fresco dinner party by the pool.
Moving outside the home, space has been finished to an exceptionally high level with something for everyone. The main focal point here is the pool, offering a spot to splash, swim, or float the day away.
Next, to this, there is also a small sandy area, mimicking a beach and there is even a full-sized play area. Also found outside is a billiards table and a barbecue with a summer kitchen.

About the surrounding area of LadavillaStep into Split, Croatia’s second largest city.
Nestled against the Adriatic Sea, Split is very much considered a coastal gem yet, is spectacularly balanced against an immense backdrop of Croatian mountains.
This has created a unique beach experience where explorers and visitors will find gorgeous, secluded sandy beaches sprawled against rolling green nature, palm trees and rustic olive groves, an idyllic retreat, perfect for picnics, romance and relaxation.
The city itself is an urban masterpiece, boasting both modern and, having been established way back in between the third and fourth century, an array of interesting medieval influences.
Subsequently, this weaves a fascinating trail throughout the city, with notable sights including the Diocletian's Palace, which was a residence created for the Roman emperor himself!
Though this palace now lies in a state of disrepair, the remains of this impressive structure can be found in Splits “Old Town”.
Beneath the white stone walls of the palace, there is a range of courtyards, cafes, shops and restaurants offering guests a real taste of modern Dalmatian life.
Also, worth visiting, especially for those who seek history are the Temple of Jupiter, the Archaeological Museum, to name but a few! Also laying nearby is the natural oasis of the Marjan forest park which oozes rustic, natural Croatian beauty, a must visit for all!
Visit Split during summer, especially around July, where the hot season sees the city transformed into a summer haven where from mid-July onwards a month-long Summer festival begins.

Neighbouring this area is a large sandy patch, perfect for building sandcastles and of course, just behind this, there is a huge pool!

The Villa was amazing!
New, modern, spacious, comfortable, and super clean. The views to the Biokovo Mountains and to the sea were spectacular. The Villa had a great outdoor space with the infinity swimming pool. Villa is located near Split with amazing views. I would suggest renting a car, so you could enjoy Split, Omis, Makarska, and do some sightseeing all around Croatia. I can totally recommend this Villa, it felt like staying in a 5 Star Hotel!

Views are stunning in all directions
We have just returned from a fabulous week in the aptly named Ladavilla to enjoy, in the hills above Split The villa is beautiful inside and out with every amenity you could want. We were an extended family group of six adults and two 2-year old toddlers. It was our first time to Croatia. At first we were a bit concerned about the number of stairs in the property in terms of how the toddlers would cope but they soon got used to it and there were no mishaps. Bedrooms are all generous in size and each has a private balcony, in-room safe and modern luxury bathroom. The pool was a bit cool on arrival but the owner was very responsive to our request to increase the temperature. We would have no hesitation in recommending this highly specc'd home.

The villa is truly amazing!
We had a wonderful time! The owner was reachable at any moment, concerned if everything went well all the time, helpful and so caring (at our arrival, some local cheese, ham and wine were waiting in the fridge :) ) the place is really clean and comfortable and has the most amazing view over Split! I would definitely recommend this place and even considering on returning there next summer! Only thing is you probably do need a car to get there since the villa is located on the top of the mountain (which explains the fantastic view) but since there is a garage and parking spot this really wasn't a problem :) thank you again for everything!
