Villa Skrip

Villa Skrip is a relaxed property, located on the popular island of Brac. Despite its proximity to Split, Brac is less touristy than the glittering islands of Hvar and Korcula further south, making it an ideal retreat away for a peaceful, uber-relaxing holiday!

The villa offers comfortable, spacious rooms for up to six guests. The interiors are designed in a relaxed, care-free style, this is a property you can really settle into from the moment you arrive. On the ground floor, there is simple living area, with a sofa and chairs where you can curl up and catch up on some television. From the living area, there are large, double doors leading out to the terrace and swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook some family meals to enjoy either on the nearby dining table or dining al-fresco on the terrace, where you will find a further dining area! Also on the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and a guest toilet. The first floor offer two further bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as access to a terrace. The modern, yet simple furnishings throughout the house make for a laid-back atmosphere.

Villa Skrip was built in the traditional Dalmatian, architectural style, and the main building material was the famous Brac stone. Traditional plants and a well-cared for lawn surround the villa, with the terrace providing space for the private swimming pool, where you can cool off on warm summer days. Views towards the sea and surrounding area draw your attention, making it hard not to relax. Villa Skrip is a fabulous base for exploring this charming island, perfect for families.
