Located at the top of the picturesque village of Splitska on Brac island, this beautiful property offers the perfect luxury accommodation. The villa was renovated in 2015 with contemporary styles and amenities, accommodating eight guests. Boasting a sophisticated, modern style throughout, you can truly relax in style, this is the place you have been waiting for and will never want to leave!
Villa Sesila offers a sense of calm and tranquillity, with spacious and bright, indoor and outdoor areas that are spread over two floors. The design of the property allows you to move between the interior and exterior with ease, almost as though they become an extension of each other. The outdoor area provides breath-taking views of the surrounding areas and across the sea. You can take in these stunning views, from the terrace whilst relaxing on a sun lounger, or maybe whilst drinking a glass of wine in the luxurious private Jacuzzi! The glistening waters of the private pool will tempt you to hop in and cool off from the warm sunshine. Also outside is a stone barbecue and shaded dining area, so you can dine in the authentic al-fresco, Mediterranean style throughout your stay.
As you step inside the villa, the sophistication of this property is evident. There is a spacious, open-plan, modern kitchen and dining area, overlooking the patio and pool. More uninterrupted views of the Dalmatian coastline are available from the three double bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms on the upper level of the villa. All the bedrooms provide high levels of comfort and two of them feature lovely, private balconies, where you can relax and soak in the views. Also, upstairs you will find a gym area and a laundry room. Adjoining the villa, is a separate apartment, perfect for those seeking extra privacy. The apartments boasts a double bedroom, a bathroom and its own kitchen. This villa truly offers everything you might need for a luxury Croatian escape!

About the surrounding area of Villa SesilaLocated in the ancient village of Splitska, on the island of Brac, this is a fabulous base for exploring all that Croatia has to offer. The villa offer privacy and tranquillity, yet remains near the fabulous amenities on offers, including local restaurants and shops. Splitska is ideal for a family holiday away and for people who enjoy homemade food, wine and an authentic Mediterranean atmosphere. This beautiful and peaceful town is better suited to those who are looking to escape the busier, more touristic areas of Croatia, a real escape from the hustle and bustle of ordinary life!
Clients can take the nearby Brac ferry back to Split for the day to explore Diocletian’s Palace which makes up Split old town. Brac Island is the longest and most elevated island in central Dalmatia. Despite its proximity to Split, Brac is less touristy than the glittering islands of Hvar and Korcula further south. Make sure you try some of the olive oil on the island, the olives are of a rare variety called buhavica and there's over a half-million trees! Famous for the Zlatni Rat beach, known to be one of the most beautiful beaches you can visit, a real gem on the island!
