From the home, guests will be able to view a striking mountain covered in greenery to the right side of the villa from the spacious outdoor deck. The deck comes complete with seating, dining and sleeping areas. Beds laid out on the deck are sheltered with umbrellas, allowing you to sleep in the sun all day. The 1,164 square foot infinity pool will provide pleasant days spent splashing around in the waters. When you’ve had enough of your private pool, head to the ocean for an alternative water experience.

Award-winning London-based architects Michaelis Boyd Associates have completed a stellar job in the designing and styling of Villa Qualibou, emphasising on having an indoor/outdoor lifestyle all within Sugar Beach, a Viceroy Resort. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors ensure that guests can easily move between indoor and outdoor spaces, taking full advantage of the glorious tropical climate. The home’s interior is ultra-modern, stylish and minimal with beautiful and unique features, including a gorgeous large wooden dining table, contemporary lighting and a staircase. Each of the four bedrooms come complete with private en-suite bathrooms, offering a private experience.

The Italian style kitchen comes equipped with a great range of appliances by Gaggenau. There is also a Nespresso coffee maker to satisfy your morning coffee needs. A cup of quality coffee can be enjoyed on the kitchen’s mini bar.

Tet Paul Nature Trail is a great moderate hike for both rookie and seasoned hikers. At only a 15 - minute drive away, the trail presents a wonderful way to view the glorious nature St. Lucia has to offer. Located in the town of Soufriere, Tet Paul Nature will take you on a forty-minute walk that offers breath-taking vistas at every step. You will even get the opportunity to view the famous Pitons that are unique to the island.

Walkers will also discover the fascinating and exotic nature that resides in the country, with plant life presenting itself along the trail. Don’t forget to bring your camera as the informative guide will be more than happy to capture an everlasting memory for you.

Another 15-minute drive from the villa will take you to the renowned Sulphur Springs. This location is visited by people from across the globe in search of a rejuvenating experience. Visitors will begin by emerging themselves into the hot black water pools. Then, you will cover yourself from head to toe in mud before re-entering the pools to rinse it all off. People frequently claim that they have experienced softer and smoother skin from this practice as it is said to be a great natural exfoliant. If you don’t desire to be completely covered in mud, having just your face, arms or legs covered is still a great way to discover the benefits of the mud and pools.

About the Island & Getting There

About St Lucia

The Land, The People, The Light – St Lucia’s motto couldn’t be more representative of this captivating sovereign island nation. Witness dazzling scenery, be spellbound by the fascinating locals and allow for St Lucia to brighten your day and show you a new way to life.

St Lucia gained its independence from the British Commonwealth in 1979 and after centuries of a French presence, which is most visible today in the original Capital of Soufrière, St Lucia is famous for its Pitons & landscapes and vivacious community.

St Lucia really is a hiker’s Nirvana! Where to start? That’s a tough question. However, with the likes of - The Diamond Botanical Gardens, Enbas Saut Waterfall Trail, Pigeon Island National Park, Sulphur Springs Park Scenic Drive and Tet Paul Nature Trail – it doesn’t matter! These UNESCO listed sites are a sight to behold. If you're likely to take to the water, you'll be able to admire the rich marine biodiversity just off the shore of St Lucia. Over 60% of the marine area is made up of coral reefs and these are very poular with snorkelers and scuba divers. Just make sure you put time aside to relish these privileged land & seascapes.

Start your cultural trip downtown in Castries. Here you will be provided with more than enough entertainment for an afternoon and evening. The local Market runs throughout the week and is certainly the right place to come for exotic fruits and tantalising Street Food - the Green Fig & Salt Fish is local delicacy and it's not scarce, so perhaps try a few variants on this regional intricacy and let us know which is your favourite! The vendors are incredibly animated, so expect a show to be put on if you choose to explore this part of the island and brush up on those haggling skills. La Place Carenage and Point Seraphine are very popular Malls and if you bear in mind the added incentive of these complexes being Duty-Free, you and your guests will certainly get some good deals (A taxi back to your villa after such an excursion is suggested!).

Many holiday makers are surprised to learn of St Lucia’s rich cocoa legacy. Ever since the 1700’s this island has been producing cocoa related products, that are incredibly sought after all across the world. Morne Coubaril Estate and La Dauphine Estate specialise in showcasing how plantations use to gather & manufacture the Cocoa Bean fruit and organise educational tours. After learning all about St Lucia’s former booming cocoa industry, you will probably need some therapy…how about chocolate therapy like you’ve never encountered before? Enquire at some of the islands more renowned Spas and you’ll be able to experience the benefits of a chocolate facial and massage. Remember - Chocolate isn’t a food, it’s a medicine!

We have selected some of the most exciting villas on the island, so browse through these dreamy holiday homes and have a look at our cheeky little guide to St Lucia!

Prior to Booking

Please be aware that St Lucia is an island nation that experiences weather patterns dictated by the Atlantic Ocean to the north of the island and the Caribbean Sea to the south of the island. This tropical rainforest climate results in the island experiencing a hurricane season, which usually occurs between June to November. When thinking about booking your holiday to St Lucia, please consult Foreign travel advice for more information.

Fantastic location. Wonderful, friendly staff. Great service ethic. Difficult to find fault. The Beach is a special place and worth paying that extra for.

  • Amazing location, amazing staff, Charles (our Butler) made it all the better

    Posted by Larry on 31/07/2018

Outstanding location and staff. Our Butler Charles was a pure joy. He made sure we had all of activities organized and dinners set-up. He even decorated our Villa for my wife's birthday. It was an amazing vacation and adventure. The food was amazing, but prepared to spend an average of $150 - $200 a meal. Our breakfast was included so that helped the overall cost per day.

  • Once in a lifetime 3 days

    Posted by Sophie on 23/07/2018

The most beautiful location and hotel we have ever stayed in. Impeccable service. Super friendly and attentive but in a very hospitable way. Your every want is taken care of with the staff preempting you every need. The hotel is simply stunning. With the weak £ it is also one of the most expensive hotels we have ever stayed in. But given the location and level of service it is worth the hit! Once in a lifetime 3 days.
