Karma Bay is an elegant and harmonious space and amongst one of the most stunning waterfront locations in all Jamaica. The interiors are the result of the influences of Jamaican, Asian and European cultures, in the mystical merging period that gives this house a unique and unforgettable personality.
The villa is built across one floor, decked out with a booted wooden ceiling, adorned with beautiful wooden furniture and vibrant fabrics, it will instantly capture the Jamaican culture that you would never want to leave behind!
From the colossal living room that opens up to the ocean, through the outdoor area of Karma Bay, get blown away by a luxurious Jamaican experience! From the covered deck lounge area to the outdoor dining area where you can taste authentic Jamaican flavours surrounded by topical foliages and the azure sea as a background!
The enormous turquoise pool features a garden area with a broad marble terrace surrounded by a wide soft lawn, coconut palms and a blue view that stretches to infinity. Karma Bay has been landscaped to perfection with is full of exotic plants and foliage and multiple gazebos!
Walking down the garden is a waterfront lounge area with sandy grounds and sun chairs where you can relax and enjoy the Jamaican sun all the year around.
Decked out with wooden furniture and a wooden ceiling, Karma Bay posses six cosy double bedrooms inspired by the Jamaican traditional style with all the comforts of the new era, brought to you by remote control air conditioners, ceiling fans cable television and iPod docks.
Each bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom with shower and decked terrace where you can admire the beautiful garden and the sea views! All the details contribute to a luxurious yet chilled out atmosphere!
The Master bathrooms have an outdoor shower with natural stone and wood touches details that help to bring the outside in!
Karma Bay is located at the Tryall Club where you can find lots of amenities such as golf, wellness and fitness facilities, nature activities and kids club.
The villa is just twenty minutes drive from Montego Bay, which offers amazing beaches and a multitude of activities to submerge in the Jamaica culture
What you should know…
- Remember, it is customary to pay a 15% Gratuity fee before leaving your Villa in Jamaica
- Please note that you will need to select 12 guests should you wish to have access to all 6 bedrooms. Those selecting fewer guests will only have access to a prorated number of bedrooms based on 2 guests per room.
- The Tryall Club requires all villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via a Temporary Membership Fee
- The villa has open waterfront paths, we advise parents in advance they should plan to monitor adventurous youngsters along the walkways

Prior to Booking
Please be aware that Jamaica is an island nation that experiences weather patterns dictated by the Atlantic Ocean to the north of the island and the Caribbean Sea to the south of the island. This tropical rainforest climate results in the island experiencing a hurricane season, which usually occurs between June to November. Entry Requirements
Tourists who are British Citizens will not require a visa upon arrival and Departure Tax is included in most flight costs. Please check Entry Requirements before departure.
Getting There
Jamaica has two international airports, Donald Sangster in Montego Bay and Norman Manley, Kingston.
From the US:
There are many direct flights with Jet Blue, Caribbean, Delta, American and United from cities including New York, Chicago, Miami, Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston and Philadelphia.
From the UK:
There are direct flights to Montego Bay from Gatwick and Manchester with American Airlines, British Airways or Virgin Atlantic. Glasgow and Belfast passengers can also fly via the US with United Airlines.

You’ll find everything you could need for relaxation, entertainment and making special memories on site, such as the complimentary membership at The Tryall Club that includes Hummingbird Kids Club, which offers a fun and safe environment for the kids to play non-motorized water sports, on the internet and the new Usain Bolt Games Room for kids, teens & adults! On top of all that, the villa offers access to the private beach, perfect for bonding with the little one.
Jamaica's beaches are always popular with children, but the beach in Tryall Club is beautifully quiet and safe for children to swim and snorkel and with a wide variety of amenities, its a really nice spot for families with small children to visit in the afternoons.
Just a ten minutes drive from the villa, families can visit Dolphin Cove Montego Bay, where you can swim with dolphins and even and get in touch with sharks and stingray.
For older children, the Kool Runnings Adventure Park hosts over fifteen different activities including, water slides, go-karting, paintballing, adventure rides and the first of its kind, The Astronaut Experience, a human gyroscope which takes four people on the adrenaline forces experienced by astronauts in space!

Villa Staff included at this property:
A full-time dedicated chef, butler, housekeeper and personal laundress attend exclusively to your villa.
Your cook will handle grocery shopping and meal preparation. They will pre-purchase your first few meals plus pantry staples, then finish the week's shopping after meeting with you. At week's end, they will present receipts for all food and beverage and reconcile your account. A typical grocery budget is $55-$65 per adult per day and $20-25 per day for preteens. This may vary up or down depending on market prices and menus.(more luxurious items such as shrimp, lobster, imported meats and Champagne will incur a further charge).
Your cook will also pre-purchase a small starter bar (a few bottles of Red Stripe, moderately-priced wine and rum). Additional alcohol requests will increase your budget. If you wish to go to the various markets with them, you are welcome. Otherwise, simply review your tastes and distastes with them and they'll handle it all while you stay at the villa and relax.
A nanny can be arranged for an average of $12 per hour. Guests should plan to add approximately $20 per day for food for their nanny.

Villa Conditions
- Bedrooms will be allocated dependent upon ‘Number of Guests’ at the time of Booking. Any unused Bedroom(s) may not be available to Guests.
- A obligatory Gratuity rate of 15% of the overall booking is due to be paid to the Staff before departure. Please plan to pay in Cash (US Dollars or the local currency).
- A 50% deposit may be required for bookings that include Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years Eve.
- The Tryall Club requires all villa guests to become members during their stay via a Fee of US$160 (plus 15% service charge) per week for each guest 16 years and over, or US$32 (plus 15% service charge) per day per person for stays of less than 7 days. Payable Front Desk in the Great House when you register.

Karma Bay - perfection at Tryall!
We've rented private villas in Jamaica many times, as we love the villa experience and Jamaican hospitality. Three years ago we found Tryall Club. Tryall is a beautiful property located less than 30 minutes from the airport. Tryall offers many amenities, with a golf course, tennis courts, fitness center, shops and restaurant onsite. This year we rented Karma Bay and found perfection. What an amazing villa, located directly on the water. It is a piece of heaven on earth. So many aspects about Karma Bay make it a five-star experience, but the truly special aspect of Karma Bay is its staff. Paul, our butler, was the best we have had in 10 years. Andrew, the chef just joined the staff, and was a fabulous addition to this villa. Every meal was delicious. Elizabeth, Catherine, Andrea and Patrick were very attentive and met our every need. W'e can't write enough positive feedback for this fabulous staff. We always liked to try new villas each year, but we have finally found our home away from home. Karma Bay and its staff are simply perfection.
