This stunning nine-bedroom, nine-and-a-half bathroom mansion is situated a stone’s throw from the beach on Barbados’ glorious west coast. On the ground floor is a guest bedroom with en-suite and doors leading out to the garden. There’s also a kitchen, three living areas, a games room and private cinema. In addition to this, there’s a steam room, sauna, and gym for you to workout and relax in before a dip in the villa’s private swimming pool in the perfectly manicured gardens that overlook the beach.
On the first floor are six bedrooms. Two of these feature twin beds which can be converted into a king-sized bed, while the other four all have king-sized beds. All have an en-suite, with a bath, shower, or both. Onto the second floor, and there are two master suites with king-sized beds, both with an en-suite and stunning views of the Caribbean Sea. There is also a shared living area for these two with a kitchenette and a large balcony on this floor.
The villa has been designed with luxury in mind. There are decadent stone pillars, marble flooring, local fine art, and stunning French doors that seamlessly blend the indoors with the gardens and beach that lies just beyond them. All bedrooms are air conditioned to allow you to sleep comfortably and there are ceiling fans throughout the property. In addition to this, there is a chef to prepare three meals a day as well as a butler, housekeeper, and laundress who work on a rolling rota to suit you and your needs. The house is also secure, with an in-built security system installed. The Beach House also has other features including hairdryers, wifi, smart TVs and cable TV.
The gardens are landscaped and have sun loungers, a veranda, as well as a covered terrace and BBQ - perfect for al fresco dining. With the villa facing west, you will have glorious sunsets and will be able to view these from the terraces and balconies. The villa is beachfront, with Payne’s Bay Beach being on its doorstep to allow for walks along the shore and beach days.

- The main dining area only seats 14 guests
- The 2 master bedrooms are on the top floor so may be unsuitable for those with restricted mobility
- One of the bedrooms is a guest room and has external access. It is often used for travelling staff.
- Please note that you will need to select 18 guests should you wish to have access to all 9 bedrooms. Those selecting fewer guests will only have access to a prorated number of bedrooms based on 2 guests per room.

About the surrounding area of The Beach House - BarbadosThe Beach House is situated on Barbados’ west coast just thirteen minutes drive from Bridgetown, the island's largest and capital city. The city is full of restaurants and shops to visit as part of your holiday and is full of colonial architecture, rich in the island’s history. It also has UNESCO World Heritage Site Status. If you’re not a fan of larger cities, a mere seven minute drive away is Holetown, a far smaller city full of history. Holetown was the location of the first British landing in Barbados in 1625 and is the perfect spot for water sports.
Holetown is also home to Chattel Village, a range of shops set within tropical gardens. Chattel houses are known to date back to plantation days and were designed to be moveable. They come in a variety of stunning colours, ranging from bright yellows to pastel purples and are definitely worth a visit. The shops themselves sell clothes, local art, and artisan items to take back as a souvenir or gift.
At twenty-one miles long and fourteen miles wide, it will be easy for you to explore the whole of the island during your visit and experience everything Barbados has to offer. The west coast of Barbados is dubbed “The Platinum Coast” and is famous for stunning golden beaches and turquoise waters that are calm enough to swim in. From a gentle swim to water sports such as jet-skiing, Barbados’ beaches have something to offer to everyone.

At first glance you could be mistaken for thinking that Barbados is purely a beach holiday destination, but you're urged to reconsider this common belief. Delve deep into the history of the island and start your holiday by visiting Sunbury Plantation House & Museum. This former plantation was built in 1660's and the premises are scattered with antiquities that delicately detail a recent history of Barbados. St. Nicholas Abbey also provides an insightful representation of Sugarcane production, Bajan artefacts and a wonderful observation point at Cherry Tree Hill. If you’re keen to visit one of the oldest Parliamentary buildings within the Commonwealth and appreciate the democratic legacy of Barbados, drop by The Parliament Buildings. This neo-gothic congress can be found in Bridgetown and act as a representation of Barbados’s Independence. There is so much history present throughout the island and as a result, Bridgetown and its Garrison has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage site, which the locals are very proud of.
Great efforts have been made to persevere the natural beauty of Barbados, so if you’re drawn to the exploration of National Parks and multicoloured gardens, it won’t take you long to realise that Barbados is a haven for such paradises! Within the Andromeda Botanic Gardens, Farley Hill National Park, Flower Forest, Hunte's Gardens and Welchman Hall Gully - visitors, and Botanist alike, will be lost for hours admiring these astonishing botanical parklands. Keep an eye out for the Dwarf Poinciana, or Peacock Flower…it’s the national flower of Barbados.
Bajan’s take their food very seriously! If you and your fellow travellers are enticed by the gastronomic aspect of holidaying, we believe you’ve selected the right island. With every aspect of cookery mastered; from pickling to freshly prepared dishes, sweet & savoury, fragrant & spicy and of course, the bountiful choice of seafood. Check out the food stalls in Paynes Bay Church – where vendors exhibit locally made dishes & street food that will scintillate the taste buds. At the end of every working week, locals and tourists both flock to Oistins, for 'Fish Fry Day'. This is a must for those who haven’t undergone the experience! The evening starts with barbecues and then ascends into a joyful party. This caps off a busy few days of work for locals as well as the 'strains' associated with serious holidaying.
Barbados is of course iconic for its Beaches & Rum…so why not bring them together? You will have to go out of your way not to be able to find a beach bar along the west coast of the island, as well as the countless Rum Shops. Yes, you’ve read correctly, Rum Shops! These small and locally run businesses embrace the Bajan spice of life, in liquid form. Very delicious! If you’re searching for something a little more special, take a trip to the east coast and visit Sand Dunes Bar and Restaurant at Windy Hill, for an unforgettable experience.

Best Suited For: All AgesThe Beach House is an excellent choice for either a large family or multiple, smaller families. The villa has a natural blend between indoor and outdoor living, making it perfect for multi-generational families when older generations may want to sit inside out of the sun but still be able to see younger generations play.
The Villa is perfect for large groups with children as two of the bedrooms have twin beds and one can be made with 3 beds. Every bedroom also has its own en-suite, adding a touch of privacy. From ten-pin bowling to a cinema room, the villa has everything to keep children of any age entertained.
The expansive private pool is ideal for children to play and swim. The villa is also on the beach, meaning children can play on the gorgeous yellow sands and in the sea, coming and going to the property as they please.
Heading further inland, family excursion days could include the Barbados Wildlife Reserve, an area dedicated to preserving Bardbados’ natural world. Children can see monkeys play as well as lesser known species such as agouti and armadillos. Holetown also features many attractions from snorkelling to glass bottom boats to see what lies beneath the beautiful turquoise waters.
Barbados is home to the Garrison Savannah, one of the oldest racecourses in the region. Every morning, owners take their race horses to the sea for a swim as doing so can be therapeutic for the horses. They tend to do this around 7am, taking the horses down to Carlisle Bay, a beach close to Bridgetown. Though early, it’s definitely worth doing it one morning and kids will love watching the horses swim in the tropical waters.
In the centre of the island is Harrison’s Cave Eco-Adventure Park. Venture on a 30 minute guided tour beneath the surface of Barbados and marvel at the crystallised limescale formations. Harrison’s Cave is a stream cave that is around 2.3 kilometres long and definitely worth a visit!
For those interested in Barbados’ rich history, there are also various museums based around the island, including one specilising on the Cricket Legends of Barbados for those wanting to escape the sun for a while.
