A sophisticated living space offers guests a calm, sleek space to unwind after a busy day; executed with verve - the sultry dark timber floor is achingly “on trend,” whilst the splashes of citrus yellow and orange contrast with a very muted, earthy palette of sludge tones.

Light, bright and with every hallmark of quality present, guests have an easy, open plan layout at their disposal, with French windows offering abundant natural daylight. Characterful touches such as artwork, printed fabrics and sleek lighting offer a little edgy style.

The spirit of the original building is very present; with the sloping walls, original windows and staircase. Groom Place offers original, cobbled charm; originally used as coach houses and stable accommodation, these homes now offer prestigious residential accommodation, which are part of the Belgravia Conservation Area. The original purpose of this street was to provide stable accommodation to the grand stucco fronted homes on Chester Street and Chapel Street.

Groom Place has the advantage of being tucked away in a quiet mews street, whilst being a stone’s throw from the dynamic buzz of central London; an oasis of tranquillity and style, whilst having Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park within walking distance, as well as the upmarket boutiques and eateries of Knightsbridge.

Groom Place has its own delicatessen, weekday cosy pub and restaurant! Vicolo Delicatessens sells a variety of Italian meats, cheeses and wines. Or just a little further afield, Ottolenghi and La Botegga are in near-by Knightsbridge. The little pub on the corner of Groom Place is brimming with historical charm.

Belgravia’s sweeping colonnades and grand Victorian terraces have made it one of the capital’s most exclusive areas; from upscale shopping, expansive squares and historic cobbled streets and Victorian pubs, this neighbourhood blends history with trendy new boutiques and restaurants.

Elizabeth Street is a charming spot, offering cupcake stores and flower lined street cafes, leading to the elegant Pimlico Square. The Orange pub draws in a young, hip crowd, whilst the beautiful Battersea Park is just a stroll over the bridge.

Children of all ages will simply love Peggy Porschen Bakery: a pink palace, dedicated to all things cake related (and one of the most Instagrammed places in London!)

Terms & Conditions

- The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

- For stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

- There is no air-conditioning in this apartament. Between June and September fans will be placed in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

- This home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator.

- There are small double beds in the second and third bedrooms. It can sleep two people, but are more comfortable for one.

- For bookings made more than 7 days before guests arrive, we offer a 24-hour period from the time of booking during which you can cancel and receive a full refund.

- After the 24-hour period, we refund 50% of the booking value, up to 14 days before guests arrive. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable.

- Bookings made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
