What are the cancellation terms for 2020 bookings?
Bookings made before 2nd March 2020
For any bookings made before 2nd March 2020, your deposit is non-refundable. This means, if you choose to cancel your booking, you will forfeit your deposit. Similarly, if you have already paid your full balance, it cannot be refunded.
If you are unable or have a disclination to travel, you will need to make a claim to recoup your costs via your travel insurance. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds as we act as a booking agent to our property owners and managers. Therefore, the contract for the fulfilment of your holiday is held directly between you and the property. If you have any queries, please visit our terms for more information.
However, to make everything a little easier for you, we are more than happy to liaise with the property owner/manager on your behalf to see if we can change your booking dates to later in the year or even 2021.
If your dates are successfully moved, your balance will need to be paid in line with the existing arrangement. This means we will still collect your balance 12 weeks before your original 2020 booking. This allows our owners certainty that the group will proceed with their deferred holiday, rather than holding dates indefinitely.

If the FCO have not advised of any travel restrictions to your holiday destination, then it is still not too late to purchase travel insurance to cover yourselves against possible cancellation should that advice change in the coming weeks or months.
