VIP Package T&Cs

General Terms and Conditions

1. Offer applies only to the properties listed in www.oliverstravels.com/vip-package.
2. Offer applies to all bookings made between 3rd of May and midnight 30th of June.
3. Offer applies to all 2017 holidays.
4. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or VIP credit.
5. Must quote "VIP PACKAGE" when booking; You can input the code in the "Booking notes" of your check-out process, email it to us or quote it on the phone.

Champagne & Hamper

1. One bottle of champagne between four adults.
2. Size and contents of the hamper will vary and are at the owners discretion.

Airport Lounges

1. Access to the Airport Lounge is only valid from the UK Airports on the right >>
2. Access to the Airport Lounge is only valid on the start date of your holiday booking.
3. Access is available for a maximum of 6 people in your group booking and restricted to no more than 4 adults.
4. The group must all have the same flight.
5. The lead booker will receive a form that must be completed in order to receive the passes. This form must be completed any time up to 30 days prior to your holiday start date (to ensure the best chance of lounge availability). If your booking was made less than 30 days prior to your holiday start date, you will need to provide the information as soon as possible as the lounge passes are very limited and subject to availability.
6. Once information has been submitted, airport lounge passes cannot be amended, are non-transferable and non-refundable.
7. CANCELLING YOUR PASSES: You can cancel all or some of your passes up to 24hrs prior to your flight. Just email concierge@oliverstravels.com and let us know which passes you would like to cancel. As the passes cannot be amended, please notify us of any changes of plans as we may need to cancel the passes altogether. Failure to use the reserved service may result in a charge.
8. All airport lounges are subject to availability.
