Villa Letitia is perfectly situated in a stunning countryside location with the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range within full view. This secluded villa is accessed via a quiet country road but is only a couple minutes’ drive from the beautiful coastal town of Puerto Pollensa with a variety of restaurants, bars, shops and beaches to enjoy.
This cosy villa can comfortably sleep up to 4 guests in one double and one twin bedroom. It would be the ideal option for a small family or a couple looking for extra space. Both the bedrooms and the bathroom are situated on the ground floor – perfect for those with young children. There is a spacious open-plan living with adjoining dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The terracotta tiles and high beamed ceilings help to create a real sense of space.
Head up the stairs and to the mezzanine level where you will find a cosy reading room, perfect for those who are looking to escape the hot sunshine for a while.
The outdoor space is simply divine, with a private swimming pool and plenty of areas to relax on in and out of the sunshine. By evening make the use of the barbecue and dine al fresco with a good bottle of wine.

Lovely family vacation
This well needed trip was booked to celebrate our first borns first birthday. The villa did not disappoint. Firstly, shortly after arrival the owner arrived to welcome us and to ensure everything was as we expected and to eliminate any issue's. We only had one which was we were unsure how to put up the travel cot, after a couple minutes of confusion as a team we managed it.
Although it may only be a two bed villa, it felt spacious and had all the amenities one requires. The location was ideal, set back off the main roads to eliminate the noise of traffic but still not overly far from the beach. Our young son thoroughly enjoyed the garden and pool, was able to walk and waddle on the grass and then cool down when he fancied in the pool which is a decent size. -

Relaxing!
We spent a week in this villa . We truly enjoyed the garden, pool and the house was very comfortable too. It is situated away from the busy area of Port de Pollensa and is generally quiet and relaxing.
