About the surrounding area of Villa CampesinaIbiza is one of the Balearic Islands, an archipelago of Spain the Mediterranean Sea.
Villa Campesina is nestled in a hilltop, rural location, with stunning views across the rugged coastal land.
Cala Tarida beach is just a three-minute drive away, while Cala Moli beach is an eight-minute drive away. A range of other beaches, including Cala Vadella, Cala Carbó and Cala d’Hort is no more than a fifteen-minute drive away.
For supermarkets, as well as bars and restaurants, Cala Tarida is the closest option.
San Jose is ten minutes away, while Ibiza airport is only twenty kilometres away.
Although it is known for its iconic hedonism and party lifestyle, Ibiza’s lesser-known side is its quiet, traditional village life, beautiful and rugged coastline with dozens of tiny coves to explore, as well as a vibrant and intriguing history.
The major European nightclubs have summer outposts around Ibiza Town and Sant Antoni; and just a stone’s throw from these, visitors can balance the excess by indulging in yoga retreats, quiet villages, and sandy coves backed by the pine-clad hills.
The island is stunning in Spring when the almond blossom is out. For a cultural fix, explore the hilltop Dalt Vila in Ibiza Town, before slipping into a pavement cafe to soak up the bohemian vibe.
Boat trips and water sports are popular, with many dive sites, while golf courses are ample.
The old quarter of D’Alt Vila has a sixteenth-century cathedral dedicated to Our Lady of the Snows, as well as panoramic views from its Renaissance-era fortifications.

THE REGION
One of Ibiza’s most magnificent resorts, Ibiza beach Cala Tarida is the longest and widest beach of fine white sand on the island’s west coast. Famous for her beautiful blue, turquoise and emerald green waters, Ibiza beach Cala Tarida’s sandy shores have a bit of something for everyone – including beach volleyball, water sports, and even a diving school.
Behind the beach are well-urbanised hills with a large hotel club just behind, the convenience of this making Cala Tarida a popular family beach. There are also shops right on the beach to buy inflatables, snorkel gear and beach balls if you wish to do more than simply sunbathe.

Children of all ages will enjoy the outdoor areas; the beautiful pool as well as the proximity to the beach, which is just a staircase away.
Ibiza offers so much for youngsters, from pony trekking to snorkelling, to diving to mini golf - and children will be warmly welcomed in the restaurants where dishes for younger palettes are very accessible.
Despite its party destination reputation, Ibiza is an incredibly family-friendly destination; with eighty beaches there is plenty of choices. Jeep safaris are a fun family activity: get back to nature by exploring the island in Jeeps that take you off the road to discover Ibiza’s mesmeric landscapes both inland and along the coast. Water parks will offer a great family day out, and cave tours offer an enchanting underworld of mystery and magic.
