This luxurious villa in the popular seaside town of Olhos D’Agua is positioned right on the beach front and is the ultimate holiday retreat. Casa De Praia comprises of the main house with 5 double bedrooms and a separate guest house with 3 double bedrooms therefore can comfortably sleep up to 16 guests in 8 beautifully designed bedrooms. 

Approaching the villa through the grand vaulted door and entering the open-plan living and dining area you are immediately greeted with a 180-degree sea view. This impressive room is filled with extravagance, the chandeliers, high ceilings and pillars help to create a luxurious feeling. Relax on the large semi-circle sofa and watch the plasma TV or play some melodies on the grand piano. 

There is large fully-equipped kitchen with patio doors leading directly out onto the terrace where you will love dining al fresco at any time of the day, especially after cooking up a feast on the barbecue.

There is one bedroom suite located on the ground floor. Head down to the lower ground floor where you will find four more bedrooms, each uniquely decorated and lavishly designed. One of the suites has a ensuite bathroom with a skylight which opens up allowing you to star gaze whilst relaxing in the bath.

The entertainment space on this level is divine with so much to keep the whole family happy! Enjoy full SKY TV, the DVD player, Bose sound system, IPod connection, pool table, bar and of course a full equipped state of the art gymnasium.

The final three bedrooms are situated in the guesthouse which also has its own lounge area. There is plenty of space allowing privacy and comfort for all guests.

Head out to the pool terrace to enjoy the most spectacular infinity swimming pool with a wet bar and underwater bar stools, the perfect place to sip a cocktail whilst you soak up the sunshine. There are plenty of comfortable seating areas to relax on - you will be spoilt for choice. If the swimming pool isn’t enough, enjoy the separate jacuzzi. There is also private access to the beach below!

If you can tear yourself away paradise, head into the centre of Olhos D’Agua and enjoy the variety of bars and restaurants. Make sure you try out one of the local fish restaurants too with the most heavenly fish from that day.

Casa da Praia is located within close distance of the charming resort of Olhos d'Agua. You are also a close distance to the famous Strip in Albufeira, which boasts many bars, and clubs. There is a selection of restaurants, a beach, bars and a large supermarket. The town of Albufeira is only a short drive or bus route along the coast, and the nine-hole golf courses at Balaia and Pine Cliffs are close by.

Olhos d’Agua, which translates into ‘eyes with water’ is a small fishing village located in central Algarve, Portugal. It gets its name from the freshwater springs and a popular place to go rock pooling, relax on the beach or participate in a variety of water sports. There is a number of eateries and bars running along the coastline where you can relax in the sun.

THE REGION

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €7500 charged to the client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to a full inspection.

Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Not available in this property.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? No.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included.
Minimum stay 14 nights during July and August. 7 nights during the rest of the year.
Changeover day Flexible. Please note that the owner requires a day between bookings in order to clean and prepare the villa entirely.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €600 per week (to be paid to OT prior to travel). Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
Tax Tourist Tax is included in the rental price.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs -The rates include maid cleaning service Monday to Friday (5 days per week) except bank holidays. Bedroom linen is changed once a week and bathroom towels changed twice a week. The rates also include pool towels and air conditioning.
-Cot €30 per stay.
-High chair €20 per stay.
-Safety gate €30 per stay.
