Villa Agea is a beachfront villa mere steps away from the sandy beach of Fokos; it is a beautiful holiday home in a stunning and quiet location. The villa has a modern exterior with some spectacular views, including some beautiful sunsets! Your villa has a private infinity swimming pool with unbeatable views of the surrounding area. You can contemplate the sea from your villa, so you can enjoy watching the waves; perfect if you want a calming and serene way to wind down after your day exploring Mykonos.
The villa has a spacious living room paired with a dining room. The living area is a bright and open room where you can enjoy beautiful views of Fokos beach right from your sofa. This minimally decorated room is the perfect central point to the house where you can gather with your guests and relax, making use of the television provided or enjoying some wine or your favourite holiday drink as you discuss your holiday plans. The dining space is also bright and relaxing, the focus of the villa is to create a relaxing and comfortable space for you, and it does that with minimal décor, incorporating traditional Greek design into this otherwise contemporary space.
The kitchen has been fully equipped with all the modern and necessary appliances paired with an ergonomic design to create a space that you will enjoy being in. This space is completed with an island where you can enjoy some food or entertain your guests whilst preparing the meal! This kitchen is a lovely modern addition to the property, and as it has been well equipped, you should find that cooking is a breeze here! When you exit outside, you’ll find additional seating opportunities as well as more formal dining tables so you can enjoy your meals outside, where there are stunning views of the beach and sea available.
The property has a total of six bedrooms, five of which are of a similar standard, and a sixth staff room. Three bedrooms have double beds, and two are king-sized. The bedrooms are all similar in that they are neutral, spacious and minimal, offering a great place for anyone to rest! The spacious villa, along with the generously sized bedrooms, make for a great home for a large group of friends or even extended family, providing both privacy and stupendous common areas.
What you should know…
- Please note the pool isn't fenced, so the little ones will need to be supervised at all times
- Additionally, the property has a washing machine and a dryer, perfect for any of those messy kids or adults! You’ll be able to make your packing last as long as you need it to with the additions of the facilities
- Please note there is a 6th bedroom which is a staff room so of a lesser quality

You’ll find a great variety of beaches that offer family friendly and quiet locations, as well as ones that have water sports and cocktail bars as an example.
Paradise and Super Paradise are two of the most popular spots for a lively nightlife. These locations really come to life with parties, cocktail bars, clubs and great restaurants. For those who want a quieter holiday, you can head to Elia and Ornos which have beautiful hidden coves and calm beaches. And if you want a quieter meal, then you should make a trip to Mykonos Town.
Villa Agea is a breath away from Fokos and it is an absolute must on your itinerary due to its natural and untamed beauty. Fokos beach is natural and beautiful, plus has the added benefit from being away from the crowds and parties. It has a beautiful beach with a great taverna that has some delicious food that has been prepared and cooked with love and care. Additionally, you’ll find some great barbeque food here! You’ll be treated to some Mykonian and Mediterranean cuisines.
If you are after a beach holiday, then Mykonos has a great collection of beaches to explore. Additionally, there are a few museums on Mykonos, so you can get a history lesson with real-life artefacts and locations! It is great for those who would love to know more about where they are staying, or just have a great interest in Greece!

The place is incredible
This property was ideal for our annual family holiday. My family and I come to Mykonos every year, and this property has so far been our favourite. It has exceeded every expectation that we had. The place itself is incredible. I feel we really had the pleasure of experiencing life as a true Mykonian. Tucked away from the chaos of Mykonos, we could not have been happier.
