Pearched on the north west coast of Crete, Villa Orion has breathtaking views across the Mirabello gulf. The villa is situated in a boutique villa hotel complex, combining the privacy of a villa with the services of a hotel. It's the perfect place to chill out and recharge.
Spread across two floors this three bedded villa is both stylish and comfortable. It has a large living area and ultra modern kitchen. Evenings can be spent eating al fresco by the stunning curved pool and enjoying those amazing views. The master and two twin bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms. For those wanting to work out the house has a small private gym and, in cooler months, the pool, is heated. The villa also boasts a spa and steam bath. There is also a beach club a short walk away and a shuttle service to the local beach.
When you want to explore Crete's culture and history it's worth hiring a car. Elounda's quaint fishing village is close by or further afield you can visit the ancient palaces of Knossos or Heraklion Archelogical Museum.
Villa guests are offered a complimentary transfer to a nearby private beach club, which offers sunbeds, sun shades, beach towels and a food and drink menu.
What you should know…
- The villa is in an amazing spot, but to truly enjoy the island we recommend hiring a car to visit towns like Agios Nikolaos and ancient sites such as the Houses of Knossos
- Please note that the rates include daily breakfast, it is possible to upgrade to half board for an additional charge

On request, the resort can provide a range of helpful amenities including: transparent pool fences, baby cots, high chairs, child car seats, stair gates, etc. Please enquire at the time of booking for a full list of amenities.
Elounda Gulf Villas Creche & Kids Club:
The Elounda Gulf Villas Cool Creche and Cool Kids Club are available for babies and children on site. Offering kids a fun and safe environment to play, whilst also giving parents the chance to kick back and relax! The space has been carefully and thoughtfully designed by UK childcare specialist and meets the UK Ofsted childcare standards.
In the crèche, the professionally trained and highly qualified staff offer special care to babies aged 4 months through 4 years. Three sessions are offered per day: 10am-1pm, 1pm-3pm and 3pm-6pm. Cost is 28 euros per session, per child, per day and 40 euros for 2 sessions, per child, per day. Lunch session costs 25 euros per child, including the cost of the food.
The Elounda Gulf Villas Cool Kids' Club offers complimentary childcare service for kids aged 4 to 12 years and operates 3 sessions daily (same times as the Cool Crèche). Sessions are planned according to set ratios in order to ensure best care and supervision to all junior guests at all times. The Ηotel Playground can be used by the families and junior guests at all times. Evening Babysitting service is also offered by qualified staff.
