Villa Arion holds an excellent location on the outskirts of Barbati, a beautiful and idyllic seaside village halfway between historic Corfu Town and the popular village of Kassiopi. Being situated only 100m above the sea, the villa boasts picturesque views along the coastline. Villa Bianca is one of three exclusive villas sharing not only a private gated driveway but also this fabulous position.
This modern and stylish villa comfortably sleeps up to eight guests across four beautiful colour-themed bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is spacious living accommodation with an open-plan living and dining room, large patio doors lead on to the terrace, which help let in natural light and allow visitors to enjoy more of the gorgeous views. Also on the floor is one of the double bedrooms which comes complete with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, there are a further three bedrooms all with en-suites, one being a second double while two are twin rooms. Each of the bedrooms have a private terrace or balcony, these overlook the pool area and again have spectacular sea and mountain views.
Outside, there is a large infinity-style private pool, this is the perfect spot for a dip while soaking up the beautiful surroundings. There is also a large sun-drenched terrace area with cosy sofas, sunloungers and a covered dining area, great for alfresco dining or for just enjoying a quiet drink in the evening!
What you should know…
- While the villa is in an excellent location, we recommend hiring a car to fully explore Corfu Town and the coastline, even for local trips as the roads aren't great for walking.
- Small children need to be monitored at all times in the outdoor area
- You can hire housekeeping and cooking service for a fee

About the surrounding area of Villa ArionBarbati is a quiet seaside village located halfway between the islands capital, Corfu Town and the popular harbour village of Kassiopi in the north east. With a fine selection of seafood restaurants, a bakery and a couple of mini markets, Barbati literally has everything you require for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The lovely stretch of beach is also renowned as being one of the cleanest and prettiest on the whole island, quite a feat when you consider just how many wonderful beaches there are on this captivating island. As well as the regular bus service into the islands capital, there are regular daily boat trips heading into town, as well as along the rugged coastline to Kassiopi, stopping in the gorgeous bays of Nissaki, Kerasia and Aghios Stephanos along the way.
For the keen divers, Corfu is known for being one of the best places in Greece for watersports. For those that want to try their hand at diving, some locals' favourite dive sites are around Paleokastritsa, Othoni and the Paxi islets. You can explore the beautiful bays of Paleokastritsa with sea caves, a scenic canyon and schooling barracuda. If your interest is shifted towards kitesurfind, the southwestern Halikounas the the place to be. Long, sandy, unpopulated beaches are the go-to spot for kitesurfers to ride a wave.
Visit Corfu Town to soak up the history that this 3,000 year old town has to offer. Visit the two Venetian fortresses and walk around the Espianada to get a sense of how life used to be many moons ago. Stroll through the cobbled streets with picturesque restaurants, bars and boutiques and pass by pastel-coloured architecture. This UNESCO World Heritage Site has something for everyone.

How to reach Corfu island
There are two ways to get to Corfu island: either by flight or by ferry.
By plane: During April to October, several direct flights arrive to "Ioannis Kapodistrias" Airport from Europe as Corfu is one of the most popular travel destinations in Greece. During these months, the airport also receives many domestic flights every day from Athens and Thessaloniki.
By ferry: Travelling by ferry is the most popular way of transport in Greece. Ferries to Corfu depart from Patra and Igoumenitsa. If you are travelling from Europe, Corfu is easily accessible by ferry from Venice, Bari, Brindisi or Ancona too. Kids
Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Arion is a great home for large families. Boasting two identical twin bedrooms, the kids won't have to fight over which one they stay in! The exterior terraces feature two covered areas, so children can play outside all day. But everyone's favourite spot is the fantastic infinity pool; with roman steps to ease the access, both young and older kids will love it for dipping in and out, splashing, swimming and snoozing around!
There are plenty of options for a day out, the issue will be to choose! A trip on a glass-bottom boat is a fantastic way to see the island and the sea from a different perspective. And for those who are interested in learning more about the marine life, the Aquarium offers guided visits daily. Alternatively, you can visit one of the best waterparks in Europe. Aqualand boasts 36 water slides and 15 adventure pools, and caters for the whole family. There are lazy rivers, rafting and kayaking galore, and for little ones there are dedicated shallow pools with gentle waterfalls.
