Despite its private elevated position, the villa is just a short drive from the beautiful town of Elounda and golden sandy beaches.

Villa Terrakotta comprises of two side-to-side buildings, each boasting high quality design, minimalist interiors and chic furnishings. All five bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and offer spectacular sea views. Inside the main building, you will find an amazing open plan living and dining area as well as a fully-equipped kitchen complete with all necessary modern facilities. Large bifold doors give access to the covered outside dining area and allow guests to enjoy the panoramic view on Mirabello Bay. On the ground floor, you will also find the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and private terrace. Upstairs, there are two further double en-suite bedrooms, including one with twin beds which can be put together if wanted. These both share access to a wonderful spacious terrace with ample seating options. The second building comprises of two en-suite double bedrooms with direct access to the splendid pool area.

Outside, there are seven different areas which guests can choose from to sit back and relax. The covered dining terrace can seat up to 10 people comfortably and provides an ideal shaded spot during the day. The main pool area assures fun and relaxation with a 60sqm infinity pool and plenty of sun loungers and bean bags which add extra comfort and luxury to this stunning villa. For those wishing to indulge in some al fresco dining, there is a built-in BBQ and a bar area where guests can prepare their favourite cocktails. All outdoor living areas as well as the swimming pool are well-lit meaning outdoor entertainment doesn’t have to end with just sun-downers!

  • Please note that the villa is situated up hill and at the end of an unfinished track, taxi's will not be able to reach the end of the track and so we therefore recommend hiring a car in order to be able to reach attractions and amenities
  • Due to the open nature of the pool area, the villa is best suited to families with older children
  • Bedrooms have shutters rather than curtains

Villa Terrakotta is fantastically located on the hilltop of Pines Elounda, just a 10-minute car journey to the historic centre. Found along Crete’s north east coastline, Elounda boasts upmarket bars, restaurants and shops as well as family-friendly golden sandy beaches. A little further along, guests can also visit vibrant and buzzing Aghios Nikolaos, the island’s second largest town. Heraklion Airport is conveniently situated an hour away.

Elounda is a popular family destination with a Blue Flag beach, family-friendly restaurants and plenty of picturesque walking and cycling routes. You're also close to Spinalonga Island, one of Crete's most-visited sight where kids young and old can discover the crumbling ruins of the Venetian fortress there and learn more about Crete’s history. There is a regular boat service to Spinalonga from both Plaka and Elounda.

The region is also known for its snorkelling and scuba diving – with shoals of fish to spot and sunken ruins to explore. There are numerous boat tours and water sports operators you can choose from.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €850 per week charged to client’s credit card before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Energy costs included? Yes, included in rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in rental price.
Internet access? Yes, Wi-Fi internet access included in rental price.

Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.

The Greek government requires owners to collect a Tourist Climate Tax, your property manager will collect this in cash:
