Villa Paralia holds a fabulous location in the popular Houlakia area of Mykonos. The villa is located just 800m from the resort of Aghios Stefanos, boasting handy tavernas serving delicious local food and a minimarket; the quiet beach here is a real hidden gem. Its sheltered location makes it perfect for families and watersports. Mykonos Town is just a 5-minute car journey away; getting lost here and exploring the endless lanes bursting with boutiques and restaurants is a day well spent!
The villa boasts beautiful, minimalist interiors with a modern twist on Cycladic style, remaining elegant and luxurious while possessing all the necessary modern amenities for a more comfortable stay. Villa Paralia can sleep up to eight guests across four spacious, en-suite bedrooms split over two levels. On the ground floor is the main living accommodation comprising of an open-plan living and dining room, a fitted, fully-equipped kitchen as well as a second living room. On this level are two bedrooms, one has two double beds which makes a perfect family room. Upstairs are the remaining two double bedrooms, both with access to balconies from which the beautiful views can be enjoyed.
Outside, the private infinity-style swimming pool is sheltered by any north winds and, as a result, makes the perfect spot from which to enjoy the magnificent sea views over Delos island and the sparkling Aegean Sea. The pool is surrounded by pretty flower gardens, complete with a covered dining area, fantastic for those looking to do some al fresco dining while on sunny Mykonos!

- A range of helpful amenities can be found in near-by Aghios Stefanos, it however is not known for its buzzing nightlife, luckily a wider range of bars and clubs can be found in Mykonos Town just five minutes away!

Best Suited For: All AgesMykonos can be considered a bit unusual destination for families with kids because it is considered more of a party island. However, it has some stunning beaches, fascinating museums, and a relaxed vibe that kids will undoubtedly enjoy. The Greeks love children and they are always welcome in Tavernas, and small portions can be accommodated.
Ornos Beach sits in front of a small fishing village and is home to a diving school as well as schools for windsurfing. Platys Gialos Beach, offers calm waters and white sand. It’s also a good spot for water sports, including kayaking, standup paddleboarding, wakeboarding and flyboarding.
A must-do when you visit Mykonos is to visit the sacred island of Delos, the birthplace of the twins of Zeus and Leto, Apollo and Artemis. To get the most out of a visit to Delos with children, you should book a private family-friendly guided tour that can bring the history, legends, Gods and Heroes to life. A tour will take you to the Temples of Apollo, the sanctuary of Artemis, and the Avenue of Lions.
The island’s most recognisable landmarks are the very Instagrammable windmills of Mykonos, built by the Venetians in the 16th century, there used to be 28 windmills on the island, but only 16 remain today, seven of which stand in a row on the western edge of Mykonos Town.
