Walk to Village

This delightful converted barn offers comfort and tranquillity in the small village of Frolois, in the heart of the Côte d’Or countryside making it a perfect base for discovering Burgundy.

The Little Barn is a light, bright property over two levels, which has been renovated and furnished to the owner’s high standards with plenty of personal and homely touches.

Outside there is wooden decking terrace with dining for 6 and a barbecue as well as a lower garden terrace with sun loungers from where you can enjoy the views of the village below and the peace and quiet of village life, interrupted only by the occasional car or tractor passing the house.

The friendly owners live discretely in the house next door and are nearly always available to assist in providing information on all the local attractions and arrange private wine tastings nearby. They can also arrange extra services such as a shopping service to make your arrival pain free, fresh bread and pastry delivery as well as home-cooked meals and bespoke menus (please enquire regarding details and prices for additional services).

The Little Barn is a perfect base for exploring the region: this beautiful part of Burgundy has several historical sites, stunning landscapes, lively local markets and of course, wine tasting opportunities all just a short drive away.
